Thank you Ted, Don, and the rest of the guys at Accurate Auto. I had both of my vehicles towed there this past week and each time I was treated with respect and courtesy. The guys diagnosed what the problems were and called to let me know what they suggested we do before any work was ever done on either vehicle. I have been taking my cars to Accurate Auto for quite awhile now. I honestly feel like this is the best auto repair spot here in the Hillsboro area. Keep up the great work guys!!!!

I've been taking my car to this shop for quite sometime, but didn't realize that I could yelp about any place and just about anywhere until recent.
As for private, non corporate auto shops go, this has to be hands down one of the most Honest and respectable places to take your vehicle.
For example, I usually do a lot of my own work on my car if I can. One time I completed an oil change and changed the plugs in my car and about a week later, I took my vehicle in to get an official tune up. Once the work was completed, I noticed it was less than what I was quoted over the phone. They then explained that it looked like there was an oil change done recently and the plugs seemed new, so they didn't perform the changes and charge me for work they didn't need to do.
My most recent visit had me getting a new fuel pump and sensor and filter, and oil change. Not only did they do an outstanding job, but they salvaged the full tank of fuel that I had just purchased when my car wouldn't start at the gas station, and to top it off, they vaccumed out my car which was a bonus.
All in all, their Integrity has won over this customer forever. If you haven't found a reputable mechanic, then you haven't been using Accurate Auto. -

My Hummer H2 broke down on a Sunday. I filled out the information on the Accurate Auto website for a repair appointment. Within 20 min I got a phone call and a tow truck was dispatched at no charge. Monday morning I was called and was told they will call me as soon as the technician found the problem. I was called told what needed to be done and by 1:00 in the afternoon my Hummer was all done! These guys Rock, A good mechanic is worth their weight in gold. These guys are platinum.....

Meet the Business Owner: Rick K.
I have been in the automotive industry since 1991. I started off as a parts department counter person. I rose through the ranks ans son went into management. Though I gained a lot of insight to the business I also learned the "Dealership Mentality". After many years of attempting to bring in great customer service as a methodical part of the dealer, I decided the best way to help people was to put my money where my mouth is. I bought a small 1 man shop in Hillsboro and went to work. In the years to come we have built these wonderful small teams to service our community. I keep these shops small because I want this to remain a people business. In the end, that is what we are. I hope to have an experience with you soon. Come in and give us a try.
