Went there a couple of times to get my neck and pelvis fixed. These are very old sports injuries which I never took care of and they keep flaring up. My pelvis pain is pretty much gone now and the neck is on the way to a good recovery.
I like the fact that you every minute is used with the doc, no waiting in the waiting room and the limphatic massage was just amazing; not only effective but so relaxing I could not focus on work for the rest of the day.
Very much recommended if you like gentle treatment (does not mean any less effective) and maximising your time with the doc.
Oh, and lastly, I only had to co-pay (based on my insurance) 30 bucks for both treatment and massage, which is a great deal. -

Many positive posts on here but I just can't agree. This is the second time I have been to a chiropractor due to a car accident so I have others to compare from. The massage at the place is great, but after you get that save your money and leave. All they wanted to do was put me on a table that moves around and call it a day with very little in the way of any sort of adjustment. They talk a good game, but I would not recommend this place.

If you find yourself on the wrong end of a car accident (as I once did, having been hit head-on on the highway by an inattentive truck driver) then you owe it to yourself to contact Accident and Injury Care. Having used a variety of different chiropractors and masseuse's in the Seattle and Bellevue areas in the past to try to treat my many injuries, I know how important it is to find the right combination of chiropractor and masseuse who can work together to treat you holistically. After my hospital stay I was referred by my MD to work with Dr Martin and Abby to actively treat my injuries and promote healing.
As with all auto accidents, there are usually a lot of underlying symptoms that often get overlooked because of the "ache and pain of the day". Dr Martin and Abby really spent the time to diagnose me and educate me (using body models, diagrams, and all sorts of anatomy pictures) about what was happening with my body because of my deep injuries. They basically educated me and treated me at the same time so I always felt like an informed participant. It was a great experience. I'm now pain-free and back to my old self. Thank you!
Highly recommended! -

I ran a half marathon 2 years ago and since then I have had lower back pain. I had been seeing a Chiropractor for about the last 1.5 years, and though the pain was initially taken care of after almost each visit, it would always return. I decided to try another Chiropractic office and I have been seeing Dr. Martin and Ms. Abby Dillinger, LMP, for about 5 weeks now and in that time, they have been able to localize exactly where my injury is, and treat that exact spot. I was in awe the fist time I slept deeply for 4 nights in a row! I am still amazed that Dr. Martin was able to determine the injury was not throughout my entire back, rather just one spot. I never would have guessed that! Dr. Martin's approach is truly that of a progressive one, and with his work and the work Abby, I can truly say that I am on my way to being healed...and it has only been a short time compared to the past year and a half at another Chiropractic office.

I first chose Accident and Injury Care as my caregiver based solely on the convenience of their location. Not the best way to choose a medical provider but boy did I luck out. The first thing I loved was Dr. Martin's philosophy that I could be "fixed". He believed that I wouldn't need to always rely on chiropractic and massage for the rest of my life to ward off the pain. (This is in stark contrast to another chiropractor who informed me I was likely in for lifetime care and maintenance). When I first went in to the office it was due to terrible headaches and neck pain from a car accident I had been in a month earlier. I was seeing another massage therapist during that month, but it just wasn't helping. I felt relief during the actual massage, but an hour or so later the headache and neck pain were back. Finally, because my fiance got tired of seeing me in pain I sought out a new clinic. Because I had already been receiving massage for a few weeks at a different clinic with little results, I was very skeptical that I would feel much improvement. We would always start with a massage from Abby, one of the LMP's, and follow up with a treatment session from Dr. Martin. The massage seemed to relax the muscles and loosen me up in preparation for the adjustments. I had been to a chiropractor in the past and it was very painful. The adjustments were sudden and severe. In contrast, Dr. Martin's adjustments seemed a lot gentler, but I definitely felt different after they were done. If anyone had asked me back in October if I could imagine life without headaches and neck pain I would have said no. I can't believe the change. I am a new Yelp user and registered specifically because I think this clinic deserves recognition. I can't recommend Dr. Martin and Abby enough.
