Review from Prema I.
San Jose, CA
Can't explain how frustrating it is to try and lose weight!? It's the hardest thing in the world... I think, harder than any other experience I've endured.
When I came into this facility, I was a little guarded. Like most over weight people are, but Eric, the personal trainer I met with, made me feel so at ease. I felt no pressure to over do myself. He kept asking if I was okay, could I do more and what body parts I wanted to work on. I was just trying to focus on weight loss. So, he focused on cardio and diet... it was important to me, to be able to still live life, without feeling like I was so burnt from working out. Since November 2011, I've lost 12lbs, all from his techniques and I've dropped 2 pant sizes, my body is being sculpted to my needs, because everyone has their own goals...
Great job to Eric!!! He's awesome... go get your work out on and you'll be very pleased with the results! -

I have been training at accessible fitness for 3 months now and I'm very impressed so far. I attend all my scheduled work out sessions with excitement and enjoy it every time. This excitement is all because of the results I see.
They offer 30 min sessions, which is really great because you can give your 100% for each exercise and get maximum benefit out of it.
I suggest everyone to check out accessible fitness. Also, kudos to my trainer Mark. -

They are dedicated to making sure you are far from injury with your workouts and specialize in people with medical conditions.... which I applaud!
I have only been with them for a month now and I have almost dropped down 2 sizes and I only have 30 minute sessions twice a week! Which doesn't seem like a lot, but it works!!
I have been having a weight battle for over 10 years and for the first time ever; I am actually seeing REAL results. I have gone through SOOOO many fad diets (South Beach, Atkins, Nutri-Systems, Slim Fast, etc.).
Sure, you can do those, but you won't get any muscle toning from that at all. I am finding it quite fascinating to actually feel and see muscles growing under my "fluffy" exterior. Something I have not felt since high school. I am looking forward to staying with them and making my weight loss goal.
Diet & Exercise is the ONLY way!! I knew that before, but hated to work out. Now I am totally in the ZONE and can't wait until my next session!! -

There's no silver bullet. However, Paul & Judy give you everything you need to be successful: proper position on exercises, weight training, cardiovascular and diet/nutrition. When followed, a transformation is inevitable! And almost as important - they make workouts fun!
