The selection offered at Accents isn't big but it is mighty. An array fun colors and designs greet you as you walk into this tiny retailer. Dresses, tops, skirts, and blouses in every color of the rainbow instantly put you in the mood for dropping some dough. Not to mention, the eclectic collection of accessories that leave you perplexed in anguish about which pair of earrings to get or maybe which adorable necklace you want to go home with.
Though, there was not a shoe selection upon my visit, they did inform me that their shoe selection is based on the season and they keep the stock low as there is, in fact, no space for shoes. Fine by me - I'll just pick up a cute sun dress for an unbelievably awesome price.Listed in: Shoppity Bop Pop, West Village, Dallas!

Recently went to Accents and had horrible service. The owner was rude and unhelpful. I will take my money else where. There are plenty of places nearby.

Accents is really hit or miss for me. The jewelry is usually pretty spot on, but sometimes not worth the price.
The clothes, however, are usually really affordable and don't look cheaply made.
I have found 4 or 5 dresses here (including an amazing LBD I found last week) that I am constantly complimented on and that are staples in my wardrobe.
There have also been a few times where I was almost embarassed to leave so quickly, but then again, I make snap judments and probably could have found something had I dug around a bit.
Overall the good outweighs the bad ten-fold. Plus, if you can't find anything here, Pitaya is 20 yards away! -

They have great accessories, from jewelry and scarves, to purses, but I absolutely love their dresses and blouses. They are very reasonably priced, from $35 and up, and the staff is always very friendly and helpful.
The jewelry is a little pricey for costume jewelry, $20-30 for earrings, but they also carry sterling silver, and it is beautiful and some of it looks quite unique. I will definitely be shopping here often! -

West Village has always been a destination for us for food, fun and fashion. While many stores have come and gone, there are a few stores which always remain steady. Accents Fashion is one of those stores that continuously keeps us coming back.
Owner Lucy has managed to pull together up to the minute fashion and jewelry while keeping the quality there and the prices low.
The decor of the store is very nice, simple and doesn't overwhelm or distract from the shopping experience. Clothes are laid out very well and jewelry is organized where you can find things very easily.
The quality of the clothing there is better than what you would find at a Forever 21 or Charlotte Russe. They seem to be better made, and seem to last longer. Prices are comparable however to F21.
There are promotions and sales on-going making this a place to keep popping into to see what is new and what is on sale. Ask about a "check-in" discount for checking in to FaceBook or Yelp!
Overall...a great shopping experience and one of the best to visit in West Village!!!!Listed in: Places to take your wife

This is a very cute store for ladies, with dresses, shoes, purses, and other accessories. I'm not much of a shopper and I don't wear jewelry. I don't even have my ears pierced anymore. Imagine my surprise when I found myself buying not one but TWO awesome, unique bracelets, one of which I wore that night (and received two compliments on)! One of the bracelets is simple with an a-line, very mod / early Sixties. The other is shiny, like chrome, and has skulls cut into detail. There is a good range of unique and flattering items. This is an awesome little shop.

I love this store! It is very convenient and close.
The owner and the girls working have always been very sweet to me.
My only complaint (has NOTHING to do with store) is the west village parking. NO where to park! -

I love this store!! Normally when I jewelry shop it is at Sam Moon to see how much I can get for $20, but when I am in the mood something a little nicer and more unique, this is totally where I come.
Lucy the owner is REALLY nice, and used to work at my company (I didn't know her then) so we always have something to talk about. Some of the stuff she makes herself, some she gets on travels abroad, and I'm not sure where the rest comes from. There's also a great selection of purses, sunglasses, and usually a small selection of clothes. She's even fixed jewelry for me before.
The best part is she often has happy hours where you can get her things at fabulous discounts and sip some tasty beverages while you shop! I've heard she also offers beer for the guys that are dragged in here but I haven't tested it out for myself.
I would say the only downside is that the merchandise doesn't seem to change out as often as I would like--sometimes I go two months in a row and don't see too much new stuff. But that's a minor complaint and I highly recommend this place! -

I stopped in this little shop today and was impressed!
This little boutique is busting at the seems with jewelry, handbags, clothes, and other accessories.
And the prices are really good too! For $70, I got a super cute sweater, great earings, and slamming scarf! -

Why have I not been shopping at this place?? No seriously....WHY?!??! I got the idea from Nickie G to drop in when I needed to get a last minute gift for a girlfriend of mine. I knew they had cute jewelry...and that they had cute clothes, but I was prepare to drop a pretty penny.
OMG...there really isnt much to say, it can all be summe up with this...
Precious, Trendy and fashionable dressed and tops....
A great mixture of of trendy jewelry with traditional and formal jewelry....
All the in looks with purses and bags....
Any accessory that's in right now.....
Sunglasses...wallets....shoes.......all in the "I can't live without that" style category...
ALl that, in the middle of uptown West Village...so you automatically expect it to be RIDICULOUSLY overpriced....right?? well duh....
Nope. Nope. Nu huh. This place...is beyond affordable. And I.....shall go there first from here on out for style necessities.
Oh....and the fact that the owner and all her employees are super nice and helpful?? Yeah...jackpot....Listed in: That thing called Life

Accents is such a great store! Tables full of jewelry in all kinds of styles and colors, purses, sunglasses, cute shirts and cuter dresses. If you are a chick you will find way too much stuff in here that you want and will end up taking a lot of it home with you because the prices are reasonable. If you are a dude...well, just sit in the chair near the dressing room and read a magazine like the BF did. This store is also a great place to check out when you are looking for a gift for one of your girls. The owner is always so nice and wraps everything up pretty in tissue paper and puts the jewelry in boxes so that it doesn't get messed up on the drive home!

This is my go-to boutique. Cute jewlery, trendy bags, stylish sunglasses and accessories. Plus, the most unique and affordable clothing with new arrivals every week! The only downside is that they run out of the small sizes fast, and once it's gone, it's gone. On the upside- you are less likely to run into another gal wearing your dress!
