This pet store is excellent. There prices are as good or better than the big box stores (Petco and Petsmart). The interior is clean, brightly lit, and welcoming. Pets are allowed inside the store, which is great. The selection is great, but they do not have everything. They are willing to order things that they may not have in stock.
The staff makes this place five stars. They are friendly and knowledgeable. One, I showed up as the clerk was locking the door, and she let me in to quickly pick up some dog food. Further, when I first got my dog and was purchasing a lot of different supplies for my dog, they gave me a bag of treats for free as a gift.
Accent on Animals is an excellently run locally owned business, and I'm happy to support them.
sometimes i forget that accent on animals exists, though I paid them a visit yesterday to pick up some dog food. So close to my house, so much better than petsmart, petco or the spencive' local stores in CC and northern libs (sorry pretty clean local philly stores, but its true). You're pretty much guaranteed to get what you need when you go there and if you don't ask them they'll order it and likely keep it in stock.
Just a normal down to earth pet store, nothing fancy.
