The first time I went to this club, it was at my friend's birthday party. After going to the party, I had an amazing time! The parking is inconvenient as it's pretty much valet (like $4) which was the main factor in why I chose 4 stars instead of 5. However, you can always try to find parking next door in a lot if the gates are open. Tough to do in the winters though. Club looks nice from the outside, and on the inside it's lively and spectacular.
There are two levels, the main level and a lower level. Each level has two bars so a total of four bars in the club. This is technically a cafe so you can order from the menu although it's not an extensive list so there's not too much to choose from. Food is tasty and served in decent time... it's not exquisite but it hits the spot before you start ordering the drinks. There is a huge variety of drinks to choose from with an extensive list of vodkas, and there are always drink specials going on. The drink themselves are moderately cheap and effective. The beers are also reasonably priced. In the end, you don't come here to dine out but rather grab some quick grub and sip on the drinks before hitting the dance floor.
The cover is usually pretty cheap ($5-$10), but there is free cover on several nights. The lights and lasers are pretty good with an average sound system. The crowd is mostly Polish (surprise!) but you will get a mix of Euro peeps as well as some Americans poppin in. My friends and I have always been greeted warmly and felt great vibes from the crowd. The staff is friendly, too, so overall the atmosphere in this place has been terrific.
The music selection is similar but a little different in each level. On the main level, you get more of the latest hits in dance music which includes euro, house, dance (anything you hear on Dancefactory radio), and remixes of pop songs (Madonna, Timberlake, etc.). The bottom levels is much more euro (alot of suger-coated euro) with some occasional retro and old dance hits from the past. I prefer the music played on the main level more, but either dance floor plays superb music that will get my friends and me to go to the dance floor and shake our booties.
I've been here several times, and each time I've been met by a warm crowd and excellent DJs that integrate into a memorable night. Great music, awesome crowd, spacious club, good food and excellent drinks all give way to a terrific experience. Highly recommended! -

I am the only one of my friends who likes this place. I think they don't like it, mainly, because there are no other bars/clubs around.
at Accent you will find good euro dance (lots of Polish) music.
They have food and lots of sitting/lounge area.
Be aware, there's always problem with parking and you will have to valet (which costs money). -

Unless you have Polish friends who are die-hard fans of this place (I have some who avoid it the plague), it's not worth the time, trip or money (and if I recall correctly, there was an article in the Tribune about the neighbors trying to have this place shut-down)
For starters, I've seen it advertised as "European-inspired...Italian cuisine...music from all over the Euro charts...." The menu was slim and over-priced. Giant vodka selection though. I do enjoy trance-techno, but I only heard two good songs. The rest were lackluster remixes that weren't properly mixed (Dance Factory anyone?) or Polish hits.
I'm used to such things, but the forced valet I'm not. They parked my car by the door, and had everyone waiting in line outdoors in sub-zero weather. That on top of the entrance fee plus mixed drinks had me spending far more than I anticipated. I'm in no way budget-minded when it comes to going out, but multiple fees on top overpriced goods really cut into the fun, especially when you consider this is in the middle of NW suburbia. -

Accent Cafe is one of the coolest clubs ever! Too bad it's a little far away from Chicago but it's awesome! The crowd is very alive and dance all night to the coolest music around. Cover is $10 and you can get a VIP table for $25/person which is cool if you're not planning on drinking more than $25 worth drinks. Speaking of which they have pretty good drinks, try Sphinx if you like peach, I loved it! They also have 2 levels, playing different types of music. Parking is $4 or you can park in the bar's parking next door, we did!

Actually not a bad place to go to as they have good food, excellent music from Europe (in the past, DJ Markski DJ-ed here), and the staff is quite decent. Also mentionable are the two bars, one on the main floor, and the other in the lower level; chairs and tables are available for dining and commiserating. But it tends to get way overcrowded after 11:30-12:00, there is a cover fee, valet parking is required, and you definitely have to have ID and dress well. Plus, its difficult talking to someone due to the loud music (not a bad thing) and the language barrier.
You'd have a better time at the Living Room & Bamboo Lounge in Schaumburg or your typical dance club in downtown Chicago.
