Our old landlord required that the carpets in our old apartment be professionally cleaned. Fine. Stupid, but fine. We called Guy and he did an amazing job. He was fast, professional, and had the best prices. This is all fine and good, but what really amazed us was happened after he cleaned the carpets in the apartment.
We were moving because I had just bought a house. It was a Short Sale and wasn't treated nicely by its previous owner. Think of the party house you went to in your early twenties and then imagine it even dirtier. The carpet in the family room was disgusting! It had dirt, garbage, fluids (of various origins) and ash trays dumped on it. After removing the debris we thought it was a goner. Since Guy was already at our apartment we asked if he could zip by after and give it the once over. Thirty minutes later it looked like a new carpet.
I may only have one room in my house with carpet right now, but when that carpet needs cleaning I'll be calling Guy and Accel! -

Last month, Guy came out & cleaned the carpeting in half of my rental condo at the end of my lease. He offered the best price out of all 4 places I called.
The work he did was great. Not only did he get out a marker stain in one of my kids bedrooms but also removed an oops of mine with some black spray paint! He was able to schedule my service very quickly to fit my short time line & even steamed the hardwoods of my entryway when he finished the carpets for no additional charge.
Definitely recommend Guy & will use his services again in the future! -

When you call Guy he sounds like an over enthuastic radio announcer.I LIKED IT! His voice made me laugh..which was much needed at the time.
Guy was scheduled to clean our stairs and bedroom at 12:30 p.m. he called to say he was running ahead of schedule and asked if he might be able to come a little earleir.I was impressed. He showed up and was just as enthusiastic imperson as he was on the phone. Guy is a person who really likes his profession and to make his customers happy something you don't see much anymore... He will not leave unless you are 100% satisfied. I wish I had known of him 5 years ago when my home was 70 carpet I over paid for the service I received. Guy was the best yet at 1/2 the cost. My carpet was always left wet...I had to put fans on to dry the carpet...When Guy was finished the carpet was near dry! I highly reccomend this "Guy" with Accel Carpet Cleaning. He is honeset and a craftsman! I am scheduling again in 5 months..I am glad to have met a true tradesman who cares about his customers. Give him a try you won't be dissapointed. -

Guy rocks! He showed up on time, did a great job, cleaned up on his way out, and all for a very reasonable price. I have two puppies that do what puppies do, but you couldn't tell it after the carpets were cleaned! Just like new. I scheduled recurring cleaning every 12 weeks with Guy.

We called 1 other place based on reviews on Yelp and was given an estimate of $150 which was the same as Accel. When I asked if the company - located in Shoreline - serviced West Seattle and Burien, I was told yes but there would $100 service fee. After that, I called Accel which had great reviews but not as many - I'm looking for lots of good reviews to get a good sample set.
After calling and talking to Guy, I was optimistic that we called the right company. We set up an appointment for the following Tuesday. When Tuesday came around, Accel showed up and did a great job cleaning our carpets.
Fast, friendly, and effective! We'll be calling on Guy and Accel Cleaning in the future. -

Guy Williamson - I love this guy!! I have the most unbelievable kid spills on the carpet and the couch and if I call Guy he always will squeeze me in that day!! He is so pleasant and friendly but I love that he is a genuinely a honest person. I think it is hard to find people with the level of integrity that Guy has!

Accel did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. They were able to setup an appointment on short notice and their prices were reasonable.
I got a call back the next day to check if I was happy with their service and that if any stains returned they would be happy to come out and touch them up. Guy also offered to throw in cleaning my full size rug for no extra charge.
I'm very happy with their service, will definitely recommend to others, and will use them again. Five stars... -

What an amazing service! My carpets have never looked or smelled this good! Guy went ahead and squeezed me into his schedule, so that I would be able to have everything cleaned prior to my surgery. He got every last pet smell and stain off my carpet, and furthermore, called the day afterwards to make sure none of the spots came back. He was extremely fast, efficient, and unbelievably courteous! I highly recommend him, and frankly, I don't often give out 5 stars, but he is totally worth it!

Guy Williamson is THE most professional, honest and caring person I have had the pleasure of working with in a very long time. I read the other reviews and gave Guy a call. My carpet was particularly filthy, so Guy offered to clean a test patch so I could have a clear picture of what was realistic and achievable. I was amazed I seriously thought I'd have to have the carpet replaced it was that bad. Guy came out the next day and cleaned way beyond my expectations. Thanks to Guy I have at least another year or two before I need to replace my carpet. Guy, thank you!

Guy Williamson is amazing. We have him clean all of our carpets in several of our apartment complexes. He is fast and super effcient, not to mention for the quality of work he provides he does not charge you out the nose for it.
