I have taken a few classes here and I have enjoyed them. I first began my studies here to utilize the language lab. I study Japanese and only pay $10/semester to use Rosetta Stone at the language lab. One nice feature is that you don't have to be enrolled in a language class to use the lab; you can simply enroll in the lab and pay the lab fee for the term. It is unfortunate that at the lab, you can't utilize all the features of Rosetta Stone such as speech recognition since you're simply in a room with a ton of computers and headphones.
This semester, in addition to the language lab, I am also enrolled in Intermediate Japanese and Beginning Photography. The teachers are nice and engaging, and while the classes here aren't as cheap as some other adult education facilities, I think it's still a great value and I have learned a lot.
The campus is a little out of date and the parking lot is a hassle. I also don't particularly care for the neighborhood as it's right by Rossmoor; everyone drives slow and reckless.
Overall though, I really enjoy my classes and I'm happy these programs exists as community college classes are always full and require a greater commitment anyhow.
