Since moving to the Humble area, I have visited Academy a few times. I have to say that the customer service here is awesome! I have had to return a few items without a receipt and have never had a problem. They are always very nice as well as the cashiers.

Meh.
I liked the old location better. It had a little character. Now it looks like every other Academy on the planet. And they got rid of their cheap workout clothes in favor of pricier name brands. Actually, the prices here, in general, are not so hot - especially on shoes.
But at least it's shiny and new. And the parking is much better. And it's still ten times better than Sports Authority.
