Highly recommended !!! I had a problem in the downstairs unit - I really need service fast - after opening yellow page and get discourage from the response (some told me they can come in 10 days some wanted to charge me up front for the visit ), I called my friend who knows everything and everyone - she told me to call AC Sure - which I did and I am so happy I did - First - they came the following day , checked the unit - and gave me few options how to solve it , the price was reasonable , the service was great efficient friendly and honest - I even got a follow up call from them to make sure I am happy and all is working well.
I sign up with them on a service plan insurance which is awesome and will save me money in the future.
AC SURE is the BEST!!
If you are looking for honest company who does a great job - give them a call!! -

I have been using these guys for 2 years now and all I can say is wow. They show up on time and know what they are doing. They service my Ac unit and my heater for $99 for the year. my thermostat wasnt working properly , they got that fixed for cheap. If you need AC or heating I would use for sure .

Today , it was a hot day in San Diego, and my air conditioning unit broke down.Well, it worked for the past 25 years, and it is about time to replace it.
After cleaning my air ducts and my carpets in my house, the professional technician from SD AIR QUALITY recommend me to use AC Sure Plan.
I called them , and they show up 30 min later. Julian show up and looked at the old unit and ventilation system, made some suggestions, and explained what he could do.he was very specific, and it seems that he knows what he was doing. He gave me an estimate, which was reasonable for what he was going to do. He offered me to install a efficient unit that will SAVE money on my gas and electric bill.
Now, There is no sign that the unit is working except the fact it's cold and quiet :)
Thank you SD AIR QUALITY for recommending me such a professional company as AC SURE PLAN.
We will definitely use both companies in the future. -

It's nice to find a Heating/AC company that you can trust. They know what they are doing. I heard about them through a friend last year so I had them come out and check my heating and ac units. After doing a maintenance check and a camera inspection up inside the ducts everything looked good and was running smoothly. I moved at the end of last year and called AC Sure to check out my heat/ac system in my new house before I moved in. One of the ac units wasn't working but the technician quickly diagnosed the fuse was blown. He ran both units for awhile to make sure it was just the fuse. I felt very good when he was done and won't hesitate to call them again if I need them, or tell a friend about them.
