Hi Wendy and Jake,
Thank you for teaching me how to do Kettlebell exercises. Its not really an exercise; it's so much fun. You have a beautiful gym too. I look forward to seeing you again at kettlebell Olympia.

To the best of my knowledge this is the only gym in Olympia that specializes in kettlebells. The trainers are incredible and are RKC certified (I believe this was the first certification program in the U.S. for kettlebells and it also appears to be the most respected from the research I've done).
I'm impressed with the functional fitness training I've received here. The other great thing is there is no membership or initiation fees/dues. You simply pay as you go or you can buy a punch card and get discounts on future classes. There are NO high pressured sales here.
I've listed this as being a good place for kids as I've seen 12 - 14 year old kids working out here with their parents.
