My husband and I used Absolutely Perfect Catering to cater our wedding at Chase Court in Mount Vernon. Kimberly S. was our event planner and she was awesome. One of the big reasons we picked them was Kimberly and how prompt she always responded to our emails (always that same day) and how genuinely excited she seemed about our wedding. When we met with her she understood our vision well, made helpful suggestions that you wouldn't think, and also helped us get what we wanted while staying budget friendly. The day of my wedding was 'absolutely perfect' in a large part thanks to our caterers. They did a lovely job setting up all my decorations and the tables etcetera. They helped keep me on schedule for the events of the night which was so helpful because I didn't want to be obsessing over it myself.
The food is also delicious. For our appetizers we had a veggie display, crab dip and spinach dip. All delicious, numerous guests commented on how 'lumpful' the crab dip was. Then we had a seated ceaser salad which tasted great and was artful in its display. For dinner our guests had an option of a seated dinner of steak or chicken, both of which everyone raved about.
