It's unfair to judge a place from only one person's perspective so I'm going to voice my opinion as well. I've been coming to Dr. Tam for about a year now and I have seriously never felt better. Before I saw him I had a pretty serious case of scoliosis, my stomach was bothering me and I had back pains. Don't get me wrong, I was skeptical about chiropractic in the beginning as well. Everything sounded too good to be true but I decided to give it a try because I was tired of Doctors shoving medicine my way as the only solution they could think of. Not only have I felt better this entire year but it really changes your entire lifestyle for the better. Dr. Tam is not only there to see you for 10 minutes during every visit but he offers a lot of good advice about how to maintain a healthy lifestyle. So I don't think NUCCA is a time consuming joke. It takes some getting used to and for you to see things in a new perspective (but so do some of the best things in life) If you're the type to seek a doctor for every little thing possible then maybe chiropractic is not for you, but if you often question whether medications are even a solution to your problems or making situations worse then I highly suggest you give chiropractic a try. Dr. Tam is very passionate about what he does and cares a great deal about his patients.

Meet the Business Owner: Dr. T.
Dr. Alex Tam attended University of California Davis and graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Biology. During his time at UCD he fell in love with the holistic, drug-free approach of chiropractic after interning at a chiropractic clinic for 6 months and decided to pursue a career as a chiropractor. Dr. Tam received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life Chiropractic College West in Hayward, CA and that's where he discovered NUCCA (National Upper Cervical Chiropractic Association). NUCCA is a highly specialized and respected chiropractic technique. He is only one of about 400 NUCCA practitioners in the world. He served as the President of the NUCCAspan club for 5 quarters. He was also awarded the Hornors Intern Award, the High Achievement Award, and the Certificate of Merit by the NUCCA organization. He always keeps up to date on the latest research to ensure his patients receive the most comprehensive chiropractic care.
