Neil is a carpet genius! He was able to get some impossible stains out of our white carpet, that no other stain removers could. The process is also very fast, virtually no wait on drying, scheduling was not a problem and the customer service was fantastic with no push for additional sales or hidden charges.

I just had my carpets and my sofa cleaned yesterday! Neil did the best job of anyone I have ever used. I am so tired of the up-sells from other services. Neil quoted me a price for 5 rooms and the sofa and he actually came in at under that price. I am stunned that he was able to get out all the messy things kids spill on carpets and everything was clean, dry and fresh smelling with an hour!
I will definitely use Absolute Carpet Care again and am trying to figure out a way to have them clean the upholstry in our cars too! -

Just had our carpet cleaned by Neil at Absolute Carpet Care. He is a consummate professional, kept me at ease about the whole process. He sprays a ph-neutral solution that is 100% environmentally green, and I can attest that it has no smell at all. The carpet dried w/in 20 minutes.
Neil was able to remove all of our stains. Wonderful job, thank you! -

I just had my carpets cleaned by Neil. I also purchased a Groupon, but I will hire him again full price. He did an awesome job. He never tried to sell me anything more than what I originally paid for. He was in and out in 45 minutes, and did 2 bedrooms, a small hallway, and a living/dining area. Our place looks fantastic, and there isn't any chemical smell. The carpets are drying extremely fast as well.
Neil is also just an all around stand-up kinda guy. He chatted with me the whole time, and we had a great conversation about his business, the Groupon, and his interesting experiences. He works very very hard to make sure his customers are happy, and he really cares about his business.
Definitely better than any Stanley Steamer job. I'll call him again for sure. -

I recently had my carpets cleaned by Absolute before moving into a new place (even though they were "professionally" cleaned before I was supposed to move in) and I didn't know diddly squat about which company to use and after calling Coit, Stanley Steamer, etc. it became apparent I would have tap into my college savings in order to have them clean my two rooms and a landing. I turned to Yelp and thought I'd give Absolute Carpet Care a try after reading several positive reviews. Those reviews couldn't have been more spot on. The owner Neil was awesome and completely understood my OCD-quest for clean carpets. Before getting started he did a complete walk thru and let me know where the problem areas were going to be.
When I returned home I couldn't believe it. I was expecting the musky, basement smell to still permeate my apartment (which Neil explained to me was caused by the folks who cleaned the carpets prior that didn't treat the carpet correctly and the smell was from water residue) but alas it had a fresh, berry-ish smell. The carpets looked amazing! Neil was very honest in his work (which in my book goes along way) and explained to me he couldn't remove a couple of really small stains. He did however manage to remove some gum that was mangled in the carpet and the carpet shade was noticeably lighter then it was before he cleaned it. He hooked it up with a discount for paying in cash and I couldn't have been more happy or impressed by a guy who really tries his best to give you the best service possible.
Now that my carpet has dried my carpet is a completely different color then when I had gotten the keys. It went from a tanish-reddish color to a taupe color... probably the shade it was when the carpet was installed. I highly recommend Absolute Carpet Care and will definitely use their service again. -

I needed a carpet cleaner...FAST! Neil was the only one to fit me in ASAP and didn't charge me any crazy fees to do so. He did a great job at a reasonable rate. I would use them again.

Neil from Absolute Carpets came and did three of my rooms and I am very happy with the results. He came on time and was very friendly. He looked at what needed to be done and got to work. My carpets look great and dry time was next to nothing. His technique left very little moisture on the carpet so there was not wet/swampy feeling to the room. When done he asked about a spot he couldn't get out, but it was all good. I knew it wouldn't but I forgot to tell him. The spot we did talk about (paint) came out better than he thought. So I liked that he explained stuff before starting and followed up on stuff when done. I will positively call him back next time it needs to be done.
