Had a blast with the whole family. I took my 2 year old and 11 year old. Clean, fun and a good work out. Has to be the cleanest family facility in the northwest.
Yes, it is a bit spendy, you have to watch your young children for bigger careless children on the big trampolines, but still a lot of fun.
If you can come on a weekday, its far less busy then the weekend. -

If I could give this place 0 stars I would.
My biggest disappointment is that the staff was completely incompetent, caring more about (and by that I mean rudely rolling their eyes at me and pointing out) the fact that my shoes weren't proper athletic shoes and I had to remove them, rather than when my nephew sprained his ankle.
Truthfully, the two texting (yes! TEXTING) girl employees didn't seem to pay any attention to any of the children's injuries, as there were multiple children getting hurt.
I guess my shoes were just way more important. -

ABSOLUTE DISAPOINTMENT AIR PARK!!!
WAY OVER PRICED!!! VERY SMALL PLACE INSIDE. Each jumping section is pretty small & no seperate section that we found for the toddlers, My 4 year old niece could not jump after 2 pm with the rest of us and had to go into a small room with one little bouncy house and two small trampolines. The people here did not pay attention to what they were doing. Repeatedly jumping into kids as they were going from one spot to another without paying attention to who was in the way of where they wanted to go. Almost all the games in the small game room are out of order. No cafe to get anything to eat. A few drink vending machines, ice cream snacks were for sale at the front counter. There was one drinking fountain in the front lobby. The one "snack" vending machine was out of order. Could not wear your socks, had to go barefoot. The floor is concrete and very cold. My feet were freezing the entire time we were there. I don't know about other people, but when my feet get cold it takes a very long time for me to warm back up.
WILL NEVER COME BACK!! NEXT TIME I WILL GO THE EXTRA DISTANCE TO SKY HIGH IN BELLEVUE! THEY BLOW THIS PLACE AWAY! Feel like I wasted my money coming here.
