Abs Training, more specifically Andie Bernard is one of the BEST coaches I've had in my athletic career.
Andie is a former collegiate athlete and current triathlete. She has a Masters in Exercise Science. She is a great combination of science and application. She gets it.
(She is also the spokesperson and model for "8-Minutes Abs", which is nice too, as she knows how to get at core muscles you never thought you had.)
Personally, Andie is fun and encouraging, not a yell-in-your-face trainer. She knows you have great training days and have bad training days, but she also motivates you to build on the great days and work through the not good ones.
I think she is the perfect balance of knowing how to design a plan for hardcore athletes, I was doing Ironman distances races at the time, and people just getting into the sport, we also had first-time sprint people in our group.
Andie can help you determine your goals, devise a plan for you to reach them, and give you the motivation to achieve them.
