Donavin was referred by a co-worker in my office so we had him tackle our 1999 Ford Expedition, a classic soccer mom and 3 dogs vehicle. The results after 9+ hours are amazing. It looks like we have a brand new car! I highly recommend Donavin and his work.

Donavin is absolutely fantastic! He spent over 7 hours cleaning, waxing, and detailing my SUV today.
It looks amazing, I cannot believe how clean and nice he has made it. It feels practically new. I don't think it looked this nice when I first bought the car.
The awesome part is that Donavin is a really nice, down to earth guy who is very humble and honest. He takes his craft very seriously and loves what he does. I
I would recommend him to all of my friends and family!

Found this detail service through Yelp and am so thankful! Donavin came out and stayed allllllllll day detailing my 4Runner in the driveway. He cares about the quality of his work and it really pays off. It's an expensive endeavor to get your car detailed so knowing that the job is done the best way possible makes for no buyers remorse.
He also had his big ole adorable dog with him that kept my toddler entertained. I'm all for pets on the job!!!

Donavin is AMAZING!!!!!!! I hadnt had my car washed in about 5 months and it was an absolute mess (after 2 cross country road trips it has really been through the mud). Today i arrived home to a PERFECT car!! oh my gosh I can not get over it! EVERYONE NEEDS TO USE DONAVN!!

Donavin is awesome! When I was growing up we knew that when a car was detailed that every inch of the car is cleaned, polished and made to glow. Donavin totally understands that and goes not just the extra mile, but the extra 100 miles to make your ride beautiful, inside and out, and even in the engine bay. We had Donavin detail our MINI Cooper S and our Camry and they both look better than they did out of the dealerships. I have tons of chrome on my cooper and Donavin polished everything to perfection and even took out scratches that I did myself when cleaning it. I've had dozens of people check out my car on the road and they were probably all thinking the same thing. "Is that car GLOWING? I wonder where he takes his car to get done?" Above & Beyond! I'm a lifelong customer now. Thanks Donavin!

Called Above and Beyond to clean my car, based on Yelp recommendations. Donavin contacted me quickly, and set up an appointment to clean my car at my office. The cost he quoted me was extremely reasonable.
They arrived on time, and set up at 7:30 am. They worked on the car until 3:30, and dealt with the building management in a very professional manner.
They did an awesome job on my car. It was extremely dirty, based on years of hard use as both a kid carrier and a rural run-about. The interior looked show-room ready, the exterior and engine compartment were ready for a concours competition. All my friends and family were amazed.
I am going to sell this car, and I am sure that the work that Above and Beyond did will speed up that process. It is so clean, I wish I didn't have to sell it.... -

They arrived early in the morning, worked until almost 4:00 and did an amazing and highly professional job for our Subaru Outback. The car looks brand new, including the removal of coke stains all over the ceiling from an exploded can over a year ago.
Highly recommended and would give more than 5 stars if I could. -

Another glowing review: Contacted Above & Beyond to detail my car at home (to prepare to sell), based on Yelp recommendations. Donavin did not disappoint, I was quickly contacted and an afternoon appt was set up for the same week. The job done lived up to the company name.
I do not believe I would have gotten this attention to detail with Genie or H20. This car looks showroom ready down to the detail on the engine cleaning. Will definitely recommend this company to friends and I will use this company again! -

Add another rave to the mix: Above & Beyond is easily the best auto detailer I've ever encountered.
My mother is in the process of selling two vehicles, one eight years old and the other 15, and both were long overdue for some TLC. Since Yelp rarely does me wrong, I popped on and discovered all the raves for this place. I was also impressed by the fact that they would not only do the detailing at your own home, but also use only a couple of gallons of water.
They showed up, as a twosome, at 7:45am sharp and were still working when my mom had to leave nearly 11 hours later for a function! I inspected the handiwork the next day, and the level of improvement was downright shocking. Even the 15-year-old car looked like it'd been freshly painted, and all of the minor scratches it'd accumulated over the years had been buffed out. Both cars have leather seats, and both had a combined 23 years of grime and wear sucked out almost like magic.
Their $150-$250 prices quoted on their Web site (my mom paid $150 for her roadster and $180 for her small SUV) might seem pricey to the bargain hunters out there, but compare them to what you'd pay at someplace like The Finish Line in Westlake; I've had cars detailed there for the same price range, but for a fraction of the results. I would wholeheartedly recommend Above & Beyond for anyone wanting the best detailing in the Austin area. -

Scratches on the wife's Prius are now a thing of the past. I found Donavin's service on Craiglist after not finding the best reviews here. I thought I'd give him a try - I liked his ad.
He came out a couple days later to look at my wife's car. On the phone he gave me a range, and I immediately thought the worst - seems most service providers don't get it. But for the minor scratches and slight stains on the seats on a compact car, he said it would be the low end. I was pleased, shocked and happy all at once.
We scheduled with ease and he came out one day when the wife was working from home. To have my lady say "he's super nice, friendly and is doing a top job" is the biggest compliment a service provider can get. She also mentioned her car looked as good as the day we drove it off the lot. I agree, he made it look super fine.
He also followed up with suggestions for a windshield repair (small chip started) and sent an email to ask me how he did.
A+ service. I really like this guy and would recommend him to anyone.
Oh yeah - he comes to you and uses only two gallons of water the whole time. THAT was amazing to me in water-restricted Austin. -

They do a great job by thoroughly going over the interior and exterior multiple times making sure everything is cleaned. Debris in the creases in the trunk and doors were gone, the carpets were spotless, marks/scratches removed, any odor gone, and windows and instrument panel streak free. The exterior of the car gets washed by hand and looked over from every angle possible to get the ultimate shine.
Another reason I used them was because they only use two gallons of water to wash your entire car, saving a bunch of water compared to other detailers.
They are very nice people and work very hard to deliver on job you will appreciate and they can be proud of. -

It is the seldom occurrence these days that you come across a business that really cares about doing the job right and cares about building long term business relationships. Above & Beyond is one of those rare instances. Donavin at Above & Beyond is quite the detail-meister. Able to make my 8yr old minivan look showroom worthy and my 4yr truck look brand new.
Do not compare Above & Beyond to the quick and cheap stops like H2O or Genie. They are fine for your regular spruce up, but when you really want your car done over, call Above & Beyond. Depending on the condition of your ride, the crew can spend all day, so plan for it. But you won't be dissatisfied. -

After an absolutely atrocious experience with Genie car wash, I felt so lucky to have the privilege of having Donavin detail my car. Donavin spent probably 7 hours on my car, and even my neighbors commented on how much time and attention he gave my car, commenting that it looked like it had just rolled off the assembly line and was ready for the showroom floor.
I have a 2006 Nissan Xterra and it looks better than it has in ages....from top to bottom. I will be only using Above & Beyond for all my future detailing needs. Genie is an absolute rip off....I spent the same amount of money for a much inferior service, and even after they completely redid my entire car it still didn't come close to what Donavin was able to do.
It's clear Donavin uses high quality products and takes his time to make sure it's done right. Thanks Donavin!

Donavin spent over 4 hrs in 100+ degree heat making my new Hyundai Genesis look like a show car!
His passion for what he does is truly impressive. The results of his hard work exceeded my expectations.
The only down side is now I will have to get up early to take some pictures of my car in the the cooler temps and early light ;-)
I will be telling my friends and calling him for any future work I need. -

I called Above and Beyond based on the great ratings here on Yelp. Donavin returned my call and set up an appointment to clean my '98 Isuzu Trooper at my apartment complex. My car has survived two kids, way too many spilled drinks and McDonald's meals. I regularly wash it and clean it out, but the car was looking very tired. It was time for a major cleaning.
Donavin said he would be there at 9:00 am and showed up right on time. He worked on my car from 9:00 am to around 5:00pm when it started to drizzle outside. He said he still needed another couple of hours, but he didn't want to clean the car and then have it rained on, so asked if he could come back and finish it the next day. Donavin showed up again at the scheduled time and worked for two more hours.
I didn't think it was possible a 13 year old "mom car" could look this good, but my car looks perfect. This is not the kind of detailing you get at H2O or one of those local car washes. This really is "Above and Beyond" car detailing. I almost hate to let my kids back in the car it looks so good.

Made an appointment with Donavin and he contacted me the evening before he was to come to the house and detail the Camry I was getting ready to sell. He spent the entire day and performed magic to the car, made it look better than it did when I bought it 10 years ago.
The car sold the day after I had posted it on Craigs list.
Donavin works alone, and works hard, knows what he's doing and I'll definitely have him return to detial my wife's car in a few months. His price was very fair considering the work he did.
Only one minor issue, and that is since he's so good, you have to wait about a month for him to get to your car. -

Awesome detailing work. I took my one month old SUV on a camping trip, hit a deer, a rabbit, five million west texas bugs and brushed up against trees and rocks daily. For $140, which I believe is his low end for the price on full detailing, he made my SUV look brand new again (except for the places where I actually took off paint). Im not a perfectionist but this guy is, and he and his team spent an entire afternoon with my car not stopping till they got every possible scratch out. This guy is a miracle worker. Ditto per the previous reviews: he comes to your house and uses very little water.

My dog had an accident in my car. I cleaned it up to my best ability, but I really needed to bring in the pros. I set up the appointment with Pamela, who was very informative and helpful. I had to wait a little over a week because they were all booked up, but it was worth it.
My little VW is now fresh, clean and sparkly! They did a flawless job on every single part of my car. The price was quite reasonable considering the results and the amount of time that was spent on every little "detail."
These folks are fantastic. I recommend their services highly. -

Absolutely amazing. If you want a really, really, really thorough job done on your car, you must call Above & Beyond. They must have spent 7 hours detailing my car (this is not an exaggeration!), and, to reiterate what everyone else has said, it looked brand new by the end. Brand new. BRAND NEW. I was extremely excited to get my dirty car detailed by Above and Beyond after reading all the positive Yelp reviews... Unfortunately, I am pretty disappointed with the customer service because I set a date to schedule a car cleaning, but it was canceled due to a rain check...
Not a problem at all- that's obviously completely understandable. However, I called back a few times and left voice-mails to confirm a different date but no one ever returned my phone call. That said, I was anticipating a wonderfully clean car from Above and Beyond but never got the chance. I'm not one to blow up someone's phone if they're not interested in providing services... So, does anyone have any advice on another great car detailing service? I have never had one and I'm not quite sure where the best place to go is.

What's their not to like about Donavin's service? The guy does a flat out excellent job, and I'd not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. In fact, I've told all of my friends and co-workers about him.
He took my 350z from being really dirty and beat up, and he transformed it into looking like it just came off the assembly line. I could've spent eight hours trying to replicate this work and wouldn't have come close. I've used other detailers in the past, and he ended up fixing their shoddy work.
He uses environmentally friendly products, works his ass off to make your car look great, and charges a great price. Don't hesitate to give him a try. You will not be disappointed. -

Not only one of the best detailers I've ever used, but one of the best companies, period, I've dealt with. Their name is no joke!
I had them detail two cars for me, they showed up on time and did a thorough, professional job. One was a full detail and it came out looking brand new. They won't cover your driveway with soapy water either, and I imagine most business building owners would have no problem with them working in the parking lots either.
There was one minor scratch they couldn't get out on one car - not their fault, it was too deep, down to the paint. The recommended me to a local chip and paint guy and that's where the story gets good (for them). Long story short the paint guy did a bad job on the repair. Not Above and Beyonds fault at all but you would have thought it was from the way they acted. They stayed with the problem all the way, called body shops for me, even offered to give me a ride at one point. They even called to check up on how the fix was going this week. You would have thought they screwed it up, not the paint guy! Just amazing service. In the end I got the problem fixed and it was 100x easier (and probably cheaper, given their connections) than if I hadn't had their help - which I didn't ask for and they technically didn't have to give.
Seriously, I cannot say enough good things about this place. If you need a detail, you need to call them ASAP. -

There's such a huge difference between some schmuck with a job at a car wash and a professional who genuinely enjoys making cars look like new. Donavin worked all day on the Sonata I'm selling, and I'm sure his fee will pay for itself. Absolutely the best.

WOW. This guy is truly fantastic. I decided to hire Donavin after reading all of the positive reviews. I was pretty sure he was going to do a good job because of all the reviews, but I never imagined that he would be this amazing! I pay very close attention to detail, and he didn't miss a thing. He worked ALL DAY on my car and it looks showroom new, and this is an 8 year old luxury car! I keep walking over to the garage and opening the door to peek inside because I just can't get over how good it looks! Now my only problem is that it looks so amazing I don't want to drive it! He was so friendly and professional and he takes great pride in what he does. The amount of hours he labors on a car is unbelievable. I liked his work so much, he ended up doing my mother's car as well. He deserves 6 stars!
