I booked Above All for a 6-person wine tasting limo from SF to Napa and back. The limo was on time, had lot of ice buckets for our wine, had a clean modern interior, and the driver was friendly.
I do wish that the driver knew wine country a little better. We had a half hour left and couldn't decide on any wineries close by. We ended up at Mondavi, which is fine, but we'd all been there before. Driver knowledge would have been a big bonus. Plus, we were told that if we wanted to add a person or two at the last minute (with a fee), there would be room. But the six of us plus some snacks were cramped as it was.
All in all, it was a great trip. I'd definitely book them again. -

Omar was very pleasant and easy to work with over the phone. The price quoted was reasonable and fair. Our driver (Julio) was very punctual, professional and flexible. I had booked a Lincoln Town Car to drive my daughter and I around for her 21st birthday. Julio made it fun, easy, safe and worry free.

Thanks to the outstanding Yelp reviews, I chose Above All Limos for my grandparents' 60th anniversary events. As I expected, the services rendered by Above All were excellent. Omar was prompt and cordial, with a great laid back attitude, I couldn've asked for a better driver! The limo itself had a white gorgeous shiny exterior with nice black leather interior, accent lights, etc. It was classy and clean and just right. The price was decent too! My family had a great time. The driver took us up the Berkeley Hills overlooking the city... the driving was steady and smooth the whole way! My grandma was normally concerned with carsickness and she was perfectly fine.
I highly recommend Above All for all your limo services.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Omar demanded an extra $30 from us curbside at SFO because "he had waited a long time" (actually he had left us high and dry and we had to persuade him to come back). We had told him to expect a long wait, but he had arrived far too early. He had called us while he was waiting, but apparently doesn't know that cell phone use is not permitted in the Immigration Hall.
He was rude, arrogant, and crammed 3 people and 6 pieces of luggage into a small town car. He kept telling me that "he was not a taxi service" - true, I would have probably got better service from a taxi at less than half the price.
If you book this company, pray that your plane is on time and that you are not delayed by customs or immigration. Also, love the one you're travelling with - you may have to sit very close to them. -

Transportation is a critical element for a wedding. You need to feel secure that you will get to where you need to go at the correct time and in style. I searched Yelp for a limo company and was happy to find Above All Limousines. I have never booked a limo before, so I was a little nervous not knowing which questions to ask. Omar was very easy to deal with, and their website was also very helpful.
On the day of the wedding our driver arrived on time to Foster City was courteous and had the exact directions for how to get to Burlingame. The white 10-person limo was in great condition, and the whole process was seamless. I would highly recommend Above All Limousines and plan to use them in the future. -

Above All the usual slimy, cheap, tardy, curt, and just plain tacky limo services out there stands Above All Limousines.
We usually rent a limo for NYE so we don't have to ride BART in stillettos and sequins or wait in the cold for the cab that ain't coming anyway. Above All is the best I can remember.
The reservations were easy, and the price was right.
Douglas was our driver. He was early, professional, and courteous. If I ever win the lotto and hire a full-time driver, I'll be contacting Douglas. Then I can say, "Home, Douglas!" And I can guarantee he'll keep my limo stocked with Grey Poupon. -

Safety and reliable are the two things I needed from my limo driver on my wedding day. And that is exactly what I got from Omar and his team. Omar was very kind and easy to work with in terms of planning and booking the limo. He was always very quick to respond to my emails and very helpful in the information I needed. On the day of the wedding, Rowena was our limo driver and I couldn't have been happier with her service. She was on time, a safe driver, very professional and super friendly. Thank you Rowena for helping to make our wedding day perfect!

I've used them to get to and from SFO for a recent trip (round trip from the East Bay) and was really pleased. Omar, the driver and owner, is friendly, on-time, and professional. The stretch limo was a Chrysler 300 with a blinged-out interior (multi-colored LED lights and a mirrored divider). It was fun to travel in, and pretty comfortable too.
The all-inclusive quote (tolls and tip) was competitive with other limo services, and I had a great ride both ways. Much more relaxing than driving to the airport. I'm going to use them again.

We hired Above All Limousine for our wedding. Omar was great, but our dealings with him were limited to booking the limousine. When we made a change on the time for pick-up, Omar was prompt and efficient in confirming the change. Above All's price was reasonable for the 4-hour window that we needed their services. We had wanted Omar to be our driver, but, unfortunately, our wedding day happened to be a busy day for Above All and Omar was not able to drive us.
While another driver arrived at the hotel on time and got us to and from the church and hotel promptly, he was not too helpful or friendly. He never identified himself to us. In fact, the only time he spoke was when he asked if he needed to make any more runs. He didn't offer to help the bridesmaids get into the car - even though they were carrying things and could have used a hand. He didn't even tell us anything about the drinks in the limousine.
Above All is worth the money, but make sure you get Omar to drive you. It seems to make a difference. -

We used Above All for our wedding in San Francisco a couple of weeks ago. Omar was the best! Of all the limo services that I called, Above All was the most professional and upfront and was reasonably priced to boot! As expected, on the day of, Omar was prompt, courteous and professional and the limo was clean and well stocked. He was definitely one wedding vendor that I had no jitters about. I would highly recommend Above All for any limo needs you might have in the bay area!

My overall rating - no follow-up, bad customer service
Story: at about 10:00 A.M., I made a reservation through http://Limos.com for an airport transfer the next day. A few hours later, after not receiving a confirmation email, I called the company and left a message. Waited the rest of the day, and received no response. I called again that evening, and got hold of a live person, who told me they had no availability - no apology whatsoever. He seemed put out that I had called at all (heavy sighs were a feature of the conversation), and didn't seem to care at all that I was a potential customer - no "wish we could have helped you," nothing. It was after 5:00, at that point, so too late for me track down another towncar service, so we're taking a cab. Not the end of the world, but I certainly won't be calling this company in the future.

This is an inappropriate response to a completely valid review. My comment was not "taking frustration out on a business," it was an accurate recounting of my experience of a poor response to my request for a reservation. That is what Yelp is for - for consumers to share their experiences with others. And if you can find a town car after 5:00 P.M. (e.g., after business hours) for a 7:00 A.M. airport pickup the next morning , I would certainly like to know about it! I think that business owners who attack negative reviewers (per the "get over yourself" comment) rather than apologizing or attempting to remedy the situation demonstrate a lack of professionalism - the exact same lack of professionalism I was criticizing in the first place. Outstanding!
I was extremely nervous about renting a limo after reading all the terrible reviews on Yelp for the various limo rental agencies in the Bay Area. I was looking for a company that consistantly got great reviews and I finally found Above All!
Omar was very easy to work with, and the pricing was very fair. Our driver arrived early, and was very nice, even offered to take pictures of my friends and I in front of the limo. And the limo, wow, what can I say about the limo? Exactly how I pictured it in my mind, luxurious, comfortable, and very stylish.
Our driver dropped us off but since we still had paid for more time, he told us he would stay in the area and we could call him if we wanted to go somewhere, talk about service! The next day we were picked up by the same driver in a different limo and he sent me a text message to let me know he was downstairs.
Amazing service, fair pricing, mind-blowing limos, what more could you ask for out of this company? -

Not great! Would not risk it!
I read the great reviews here and thought wow, I'll book a limo for my wedding! I called the 1-800 number and for an hour, it didn't go thru at all. I called Omar as well, twice within the last hour, and went to vmail both times! Finally, Omar called back, saying that he is the contact person but sometimes he's driving so he can't pick up the phone. I shared with him my concerns and was hoping for some ways to avoid this, coz if something happens on the wedding day e.g. can't find the driver, it'll be really bad! I can't afford waiting an hour, hoping for somebody to call me back! A few minutes is OK and understandable, not an hour!! Omar did not give me a solution, he just keep explaining when he's driving he can't pick up the phone. I decided not to book it, I can't afford this risk on my wedding day!

I used Above All Limousines for my wedding about two weeks ago and was incredibly impressed. I have to admit, I took a chance on another yelper's recommendation and was so pleased. Omar was GREAT to work with. Punctual, courteous, professional- he and his staff were exactly where they were supposed to be at every step of the day. The best part: their prices are the most reasonable in town. I got a quote from another company- "hooked up" by a friend- that was almost double what I paid with Above All Limousines! I would highly recommend these guys for any and all of your transportation needs.

What a wonderful company!! For starter, Omar is great and easy to deal with. Lex, our driver is on time, and so cool!! We hired a stretch limo for our wedding last weekend, and everything went smoothly, thanks to them!! On time, clean, and very professional!! And I think they have the best price too in the bay area!!
