This place is amazingly unimpressive.
So I went there and I guess I had Cosmo's on my mind, so I ordered a tomato and basil pizza. They didn't have bazil, so I went with a tomato and olive pizza.
What I got was a piece of bread shaped in the form of a slice with sliced tomatos and diced olives on top, not cooked.
If I wanted to pour a can of olives and cut up a tomato on some bread, I could have done it at home, and cheaper too.
Why anyone would go here instead of Cosmo's BLOWS MY MIND.

Rather uninspiring pizza but it gets the job done. If you are here you are probably drunk and may or may not belong to a greek organization and live on the hill.

Abo's is one of Boulder's most ubiquitous pizza joints, and, in my experience, one of its most divisive as well. Some people rave about this place for having some of the only authentic New York-style pizza in Colorado. Others complain about the sauce being too bland.
I'm in the middle. Abo's isn't my favorite place in the world, but I think they make a mighty fine pie. I've never been disappointed. The Hill location is one that I only recently started frequenting. For years, Fatty J's was across the street, and that was where my allegiance lay. Of course, if I'm on the north end of the Hill I'm a fan of Cosmo's Pizza.
But if I need to grab a quick bite before catching a show at the Fox, Abo's is the place.

Great New York pizza especially after a few brews. If you order pizza for delivery, I would suggest ordering from the Table Mesa location as they seem to make the best pie. I am a big fan of raw onions and tomato's on the side. Check it.

Well, if you wanna pizza. here it is. or if you're on a diet (or just pretending to be bc you are on a date)--they have salads...but... boring. Actually i think the pizzas are better *if you're into that. Like, you can get artichokes and sun dried tomatoes and the like.

The only place in Boulder for NY style pizza that doesn't qualify as worse than frozen pizza. Hit or miss in quality but generally good enough. I still shudder to pay more than two bucks for such a small slice but it's not New York (or Boston).
pizza here is not too bad in comparison to some of the 500 other pizza places in boulder. cheap and open late, so a favorite among the drunk crowd. the slices are pretty large so that's a plus. the employees seem pretty unexcited to be there, but they're probably college students getting paid nickels and dimes to work there. so i wouldn't be jumping up and down either.

Great super-thin, super-huge, new york slices!
