Abiano limo is awesome. I've worked with a good amount of limo and bus companies for my tour business and Abiano limo always deliver. Their quality of drivers (Jeremy, Youseff to name a few) are awesome and their buses, limos, and towncars are of a higher quality than most companies.
Plus, they tend to go out of their way to help you. I once got a ride from one of the owners to SF to meet our limo and it was great. I can't recommend this company enough. -

My friends and I were lucky enough to enjoy a ride in one of Abiano Limo's cars for an afternoon and evening of fun. The driver, Jeremy, was delightful; attentive and very polite with a good sense of humor. The car had everything we needed, was stylish and very comfortable.
Eddy is super professional and pleasant to deal with. Prices are very reasonable. The whole experience from beginning to end was pleasant.
This car service is the best. As good as it gets! -

I use a limo service once or twice a year. I switched from Polly Martini who for me, was not easy to work with, to Abiano and I'm so glad I did.
Brian was so helpful and easy to talk to, no strange limo-biz-lingo for me to decipher (like I got from Polly Martini), just courtesy and a YES WE CAN vibe. Their drivers are fun & friendly. Punctual and the limo is sparkling clean. Less $ too than the service I've already mentioned. -

Chose this service for my wedding based on great Yelp reviews. Communication was prompt for setting up the contract and details. The timeline, most of the itinerary (GG Park for ceremony, somewhere in City for pics, then back to GG Park), and contact phone # for day of were confirmed several times. The week of the wedding, I confirmed the entire itinerary with addresses, and the contact person again, which was my Maid of Honor, since as the bride I didn't want to deal with any hassles or calls on my wedding day.
The day of the wedding, the limo driver called MY cell phone instead of my MOH, and incredibly we heard it in the hotel room as we're about to leave to meet the limo at the agreed pick up time. Couldn't understand what the driver was saying over the phone, but when I said "Are you here? We'll be downstairs in 5 mins", he said "Ok, 5 minutes". Me and my bridesmaids and mother head to the lobby, where there is NO limo. We wait FIFTEEN MINUTES to be picked up. A little annoyed, we get in, and aren't greeted with an apology or anything, but we're all a little distracted anyway. I'm thinking everything will be fine, I scheduled some cushion time for the ride over to the ceremony, so being 15 mins late sucked, but still would've gotten us there in time. Then I notice we're passing GG Park, and as we're all getting a little alarmed since now we're running a little behind, one of my bridesmaids asks the driver where we're going and tries to confirm he's headed to the Park. The driver was rude, ignored her for awhile, then shoved his cell phone's GPS in her face to show her he's headed to the Legion of Honor, which was to be our 2nd destination on the itinerary, NOT where the ceremony was. Furious we tell him he's wrong and to turn around for the Park. HE DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO GET TO THE PARK. Are you kidding me? You're a professional driver in SF and you don't know how to get to Golden Gate Park?? We scramble to give him directions, and he finally gets there. Again, no apology, in fact he was rude, and we're 25 minutes late to the ceremony. Not exactly the limo ride I was expecting, especially since we had such a relaxing and stress free morning getting ready and drinking mimosas on my wedding day.
I emailed my feedback to Brian a few weeks later, who was my contact for the reservation, and got NO RESPONSE.
When you want to book a luxury service for an important day that you're hoping to be stress free and taken care of, don't book Abiano limo for transportation! -

I have been using Abiano Limo (or at least black town car in my case) for over 2 years now. I've tried other services but frankly the owners and drivers or both can be rude, late and the cars often desheveled or smell bad. Abiano always gets me on time in beautiful clean cars with really nice friendly drivers that often go out of their way to help with advice or additional stops, what more can you ask for. Highly recommended!

As an event planner, I have several clients that request town car, limo and party buses for their guests transport and I use Abiano every time. I own vacation rental property in San Francisco and often the guests request limo service. I always refer them to Abiano Limo and they have always been extremely pleased with the service.
Most recently I a had a group of 5 from the UK staying at my property and they used Abiano Limo for a day trip through Napa. Their driver/tour guide was Jeremy. They were extatic with their day and thanked me repeately saying I couldn't have recommended a better service and they LOVED Jeremy.

Abiano Limo made a girls' day out perfect! Five of us gal pals rented Abiano Limo for a car service to a concert at the Robert Mondavi Winery in Napa. Our driver picked us up from Marin and drove us to the venue. The limo was plush, clean, and so comfy. Our driver was courteous and very accommodating. I've recommended Abiano Limo to my friends and clients, and they've all been happy with the service.

I have used Abiano Limo many times and always had exceptional service. From beginning to end the service is very professional. Speaking with the booking staff was a breeze. Then the drivers were always on time and there when you needed them. They are professional, polite, and know where they are going!
Also, the rates are very reasonable for the service and quality of the cars, limos, and limo buses that I have used.
I am definitely a loyal customer and plan to stay that!

Last week, a group of nerds and parents and nerdy parents who live in San Francisco gathered for an office holiday party in Redwood City. Some of us don't get out much, and we wanted to make the most of the open bar. Thank goodness Abiano Limo was doing the driving.
Eddy gave us a reasonable, all-inclusive price when I called to make the reservation and set up our credit card ahead of time. This was great because we knew there weren't going to be surprises on the bill and because I was far too drunk at the end of the evening to deal with credit cards and tips and signatures.
Brian was our courteous and safe driver. He picked us up right on time, and our ride from SF to Redwood City in the plush limo was great. When the party was over, we were all so glad to have him waiting for us outside the restaurant with the car. It was a fun ride home, and I loved feeling like a celebrity for a few hours.
If you have the opportunity to use a limo service, definitely call Abiano! -

Can I give 6 stars?
I've used Abiano for Airport transport, always on time, classy service. I always have a phone message from my driver letting me know he's here.
I've also had Abiano take my out of town guests on a full day SF sightseeing tour and then a Napa wine tour the next day, the took care of it all, it made their trip!
They've also done a few of my friend's weddings and all of my friends and their guests have been very happy.
I cant say enough, top notch all the way. -

Best Limo Company in the City. When you are taking a limo ride you want to be treated like royalty right? Well you get that with Abiano Limos!
I have used them a few times now. Always prompt and courteous. The first time was with 10 hooligans going to Napa for the day. We chose a few places to go and our driver filled in the rest of our time with some amazing wineries we have never been to and a great place for a picnic brunch.
I just had some family friends come into town. 8 retired adults that wanted to see Napa. I recommend the limo service and they were so happy to get the service at that price. They liked the driver and had no idea where to go in Napa so the driver picked all of their spots and they had a fabulous time. They are the type of people who usually take tours... and this was perfect for them, someone to show them Napa worry free.
One of my friends uses them to and from the airport and says great service as well.
I plan on using them for my future limo services. -

I used Abiano Limo for a business trip up to wine country. I had to take some clients up and around Sonoma and Napa and visit Kosta Browne, Copain and some others. Our driver was very cordial, prompt and professional. The road up to Copain was bumpy and twisty but Jeremy managed to navigate it quite well and we didnt lose too much of our sparkling! I was completely satisfied with Abiano Limo and next time I reserve a Limo for a trip up to wine country it will not be for work, it definitely will be for pleasure.

These guys are Fab. From dealing with them on the phone to the service in the car. I live in Marin and was having a birthday party for my 11 year old son. Most people wouldn't even take on this party. From the beginning they put me at easy. The driver Brian brought the kids to the front door of the gym while my girlfriend and I sipped champagne in the car. When we, went for lunch he checked them in. At the table I realized I left the cake in the car when I ran to catch him he was already there handing it to the host. From beginning to end I felt completely taken care of actually pampered at a 11 yr old birthday party!! The driver Brian treated them like they where gentlemen. Needless to say my son is the hit of the school. I can't wait to use them with adults.

I have been using Abiano since they had their first town car, and it's been great to see a small local company expand. Recently did a Napa trip with them and had a blast. The drivers are extremely tolerant :) and knowledgeable. Tip: prices are negotiable.

I am on the charity committee for the City of Dreams (http://www.cityofdream...) We had a fundraiser in early April 2009, we rented the 3 limos for a Limo/Scavenger Hunt around San Francisco making multiple stops at various locations and bars, ending at the chic club Harlot. Adiano Limo, gave our charity a terrific discount, exceptional service, personable drivers, exceptionally good customer service, and a well stocked limo. We are very pleased and look forward to doing business with you Abiano again.

Abiano Limo is an excellent top notch service. As a member of the Oakland Raiders, privacy/efficiency/ and class are absolutely required in a limo service, and Abiano Limo fits the bill. One of the several times I used the service, we took the Abiano 5 up to sonoma for a saturday getaway. It was my first time up, but my driver had us covered... the whole day was amazing, and I was left nothing short of satisfied!

We used Abiono limo for our wedding. The limo driver was very nice and on time! He was very helpful and defiantely lsitened to what what needed to do and where to go. He was always where he needed to be and had a great smile. We would definately use them again.

Abiano limo is the premiere car service in the Bay Area. Not only are the drivers/booking staff professional, they also carry the best quality, newest town cars in SF! Always on time, and drivers are super friendly, are willing to work with you with for all your needs and budget! Highly recommended, especially if you travel often, and need a reliable car service!

Shonn Dougherty was our driver and organizer. He was very professional, timely and flexible as our plans changed several times throughout our 2 day booking in Napa Valley and back to San Francisco. The SUV we used was clean and looked brand new. I will definitely use Shonn and Abiano again when I am visiting the San Francisco area or Napa/Sonoma. This company was recommended to me by a good friend and they were spot on. I can't wait to recommend them to other friends I know.
