My husband and I went here to get away for a romantic anniversary.

Its hard to find places to stay at reasonable rates that have in-room spas.
I was lucky enough to come across this fantastic B&B.

This being my 1st experience with a Bed and Breakfast I had no idea what to expect.
I got a call when I was 1 hour away asking if we were ok and on our way... No HOTEL would ever do that.
When we got there Gina the owner hugged us and gave us instructions on how to enter and exit the property.  She showed us to our room which was so much nicer in person.
She told us about the area restaurants, showing us menu, giving directions and business cards in case so we could get a discount at the nicer places.  Then she left us alone...

The next morning we helped ourselves to breakfast she left... THIS WAS WONDERFUL!!! Having breakfast prepared and ready saved us money on a meal.  We left not to return till 5pm.  Our spa tub was ready and waiting after doing so much walking.
She discussed with us our day and all that we did.  Offered to serve us breakfast the next day late so we could sleep in.

All & All my trip was exactly what we wanted, "PERFECT"!!!
If  you don't want service or to be talked to then this place isn't for you.

If you like being greeted with a smile, hugs, and with a friendly at home feel then you MUST stay here at least once.
Perfect distance from Pismo Beach or San Luis Obispo.

Off season specials are quite the bargain... buy one night get 2nd night %50 off.
Hard to rate price range... its a bit pricey but worth every penny!

I agree with Ava in 2007 the beds are amazing.  SO comfortable you might never want to leave.

Being a resident in LA, it is necessary to get away from time to time and breathe fresh air, relax and stroll the old city streets in a quaint town such as S.L.O./and or Arroyo Grande.  This B&B was the PERFECT getaway from the LA madness. From the moment I arrived it was like going home to visit my mom. Gina is an amazing and hospitable hostess and an incredible cook! The rooms are clean, comfy and accommodating. The bed was HEAVENLY and I had to examine it before I left to see how I could duplicate it back at my home!

Overall, it was a wonderful experience, the breakfast was nearly gourmet and the atmosphere was so cozy and laid back that I truly felt like I was back home with mom. This is one B&B (and Inn Keeper) you will never forget. She even e-mailed me her personal recipes!

Not sure why everyone has rated this place so high. We went to it to concider using it for our wedding, but it's not that great. Might as well call up your aunt and do it in her back yard. The owner is nice, but other than that it's like being at grandmas house. I'm into modern styles. I knew by the pictures of the rooms I didn't want to stay there, but thought the wedding site would be ok. Get married on the beach, it's close by and beautiful! As far as the rooms go, they are a bit high for being so out-dated. Wish i had taken pictures of the outside when we went. It's in a small neighborhood. I would say not the best place for young couples. Maybe your parents...
