ABC quoted $604 for a AC repair. Paid them $99 for service call and called another company who completed repair for $194.00. Complained to ABC and they justified their quote by saying that their technicians were bonded and drug screened. They agreed to refund $99.00. Have not received and they haven't answered my messages. Would not recommend them-very overpriced and not honest.

Do not call this company. They are slimy and will rake you over the coals. My husband found them in a 'best of' magazine or something and he should have relied on the Yelp reviews. The maintenance guy came out and told us we needed an electrical upgrade, new this, new that...basically 800+ in repairs and he didn't know how long it would last. He suggested a new unit. Then, the 'sales' guy comes and after sitting through a half hour of being showed pictures of how everyone else does bad work and being constantly told how wonderful going into the Army is (that's right, was he a recruiter?), the prices he gave were INSANE. Between 4200 (low end) - 7300 (high end). We 'needed' a 3.5 ton unit based on his calculations, but they told us they don't make. Then when he saw we had a 3.5 ton, my husband said, 'I thought they don't make 3.5 ton?' Well, then he changes his story to tell us they just don't carry them. He told us he could discount us 500 bucks if we signed a contract right then and there and also another 300 if we purchased their service plan. We decided something seemed extremely sleezy so we got a second opinion. It turned out that all we needed was freon - 90 bucks. REALLY? DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE!

Totally overpriced - and late. They give you a 4 hour window - but don't expect them to show up in that window, or apologize when they are late. Then they charged us $499.00 to replace a faucet - when we had all of the materials necessary and it took the guy 45 mins. $499 for 45 mins?! Bad business..... Won't use them again or recommend them to others.

Wow.. what over pricing. They replaced the valve inserts in a shower a few years back in 45 minutes total (including going to get the parts) and charged $300. The parts turn out to cost less than $10 each at a hardware store. Friendly enough.. but so are loan sharks when you are borrowing cash......

Terrible, hard sell tactics and the HIGHEST of the high prices. I am not sure where they find these part plumber-part con artist employees but they do. We got suckered by the $59 fee, and in hindsight I should have not paid it. Oh well a $60 lesson I learned - and intend to share with the WORLD so others don't make the same mistake. A water heater went out in a condo of ours. 40 gal electric unit. Their price: $1300. $1300!! And that was their famous "if you sign tonight" discount price. I asked the man to leave. The valve at the bottom was clogged shut so getting the water out was tricky. This guy gave us this long speech about how hard it was. YAPYAPYAP. We removed the outlet fitting on the top and sucked the water out 5 gals at a time with a shop vac, and sent it down the toilet. 20 minutes. Then we went to Menards and bought a new one, $230, my brother in law helped me install it. Essentially they wanted $1000 labor, or probably $400 an hr. ABC is a terrible plumber. NEVER CALL THEM. Don't believe their fancy website filled with all the marketing gimmicks. STAY AWAY!!
