We found these guys from their stellar reviews on Yelp, and we are more than happy to add our endorsement. They are awesome.
We conveniently set everything up online. They have an availability calendar and we just picked our date and time and received a confirmation email. They had helpful moving tips on their website and I was pleasantly surprised --well, shocked actually - that they provided all the moving pads, wrap and tape at no extra charge. They also provided wardrobe boxes which ended up being a lifesaver. EVERYTHING you need to know about them is online. There are no hidden costs, clauses or Oh-we-forgot-to-tell-you that's. The reason these guys are so good and continue to get referral business is because they are upfront and deliver what they say they will.
As for the movers, I was impressed. We hired 3 movers, Shizod, Umit and Iham (gosh, I hope I'm spelling their names right because they really deserve to be recognized as a great moving team). They were 15 minutes early and total professionals. I admit, I was worried about our narrow staircase and big furniture, but these guys wrapped and taped everything and carried it down the stairs like it was nothing. AND, they did it so quietly and smoothly, which I'm sure my neighbors appreciated at 8am on a holiday weekend. I had to run out and grab a few forgotten items and I returned to an almost empty apartment. These guys are fast. They didn't mosey and lollygag; they were there to work. I asked if they wanted to take a break and they said no, they'd rather get going and get everything unloaded.
The most impressive thing was the delivery. We have a large puffy couch that couldn't fit up our--once again--narrow staircase. These guys just tied it up and hauled it over our 2nd story balcony with no problems and not a single mark. As they brought everything in, they asked how we wanted it arranged. I would've taken advantage of this had I known how I wanted our furniture arranged, but I so appreciated that they made the extra effort.
Being the somewhat cynical LA people we are, we were SURE the final charge was going to be more than we were told, but it was ACTUALLY LESS. Plus, we paid in cash which gave us an extra discount.
I'm telling you, I want to move again just so I can hire these guys again. They didn't drag out the process to get more time and money; they worked very well together; they were polite and respectful and made sure we were happy with the outcome. I could not be any happier with them. -

I had a great experience with ABC moving. The two movers arrived at my old studio apartment 15 minutes early. They were able to move my studio, including a queen size sleeper couch which they were somehow able to get out of my apartment and into their truck, to my new apartment and everything reassembled in 3 hours, the minimum they charge for a move.
The movers were polite, quick, and efficient. I really appreciated that they had extra boxes in their truck that they did not charge so that my piano came out without a scratch on it. When one of the movers commented that my bed frame was too tall, he promptly fixed it to the right length. These people have excellent customer service. I bought the yelp coupon and they charge you less if you pay in cash so the whole move was only around $200. Definitely worth it and I highly recommend them. -

Abdul, Beck, & Ali (I hope I remembered their names correctly) were great. They were careful with everything, on time, efficient, and very professional. They moved our very full 2br apt with no elevator down 31 stairs - including wrapping and lowering couch down the balcony via ropes! They diassembled and reassembled all our furniture in place at the new house. They went above and beyond what I expected they would do and the final price was very reasonable so we tipped them $50 each. Our only regret is that maybe we should have tipped them more!

If you're like me you are probably wondering how this company has so many 5 star reviews. I have to admit, I wasn't too sceptical because Yelp has guided me in the right direction on so many occasions. I almost never do business without consulting Yelp first. Paul and Leo showed up on time with a positive attitude and great energy. They had several stops, loading and unloading. They took great care of my belongings and they are just so darn cute I can't give them any less than 5 stars. Ask for Paul and Leo!
As for the price, I feel like ABC is a good value and they are going to be my go to movers. Tell your friends, they won't be dissapointed. -

Fast friendly service. I only intended for them to move my furniture. As such I didn't pack my clothes, bedding, shoes, pots/pans...But the movers arrived and packed EVERYTHING! The whole move from start to finish took all of 2 hours, almost exactly. Nothing broken, scratched or otherwise damaged.
Can't ask for mch better. -

Sherzad and Umid did a fantastic job. They dissembled everything first, wrapped my couches to make sure they wouldn't get dirty, wrapped my dishes and glassware to make to protect them, and were quick as hell. They had all the tools and boxes (even wardrobe boxes!). Everything was quick and efficient. I was especially impressed because I had a lot of crap and NOTHING broke! I can't say the same for other moving companies I've worked with in the past.
I can't recommend them enough. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. -

These guys are solid. In May of 2012, Paul and Andrew, a couple cool Russian guys, moved my apartment. They showed up on time. They were efficient and polite. It was a really short distance, so I didn't pack that tightly and they were good about that. They brought wardrobe boxes and tape. It cost about $300 for three hours, but they finished it in two-plus hours (three hours minimum charge).
Moving is stressful, and these guys didn't add to the stress--they helped ease it. -

Let me start by saying we move about once a year and have been doing that for the past 8 years or so. That being said we have had our fair share of moving companies move our belongings. Right off the bat we were very impressed by Paul and Leo from abc moving center. First off they arrived when they said they would. Immediately jumped right into working. We have a lot of heavy bulky items and they treated our belongings with respect. Did I mention they wrapped everything professionally and that's included in the flat rate?! These two guys were amazing to work with, professional and very fast! We moved 3 bedroom 2 bath house with a 2 car garage... Less then half the day!!! By far the BEST moving experience we have ever had! I will definitely be recommending this company to everyone I know, and I will definitely be using them in the future... I will be specifically asking for Paul and Leo.

Excellent service, extremely fast. They showed up when promised and moved so extremely fast that we actually had to grab some stuff back out as we couldnt keep up! Extremely professional and courteous and they cut the small talk and just work fast and efficient. Even anything that was fragile they wrapped up and told us they would do their best to protect it.
No scratches on anything and even when we couldnt find a few things later on a day later, Larry the head guy responded instantly and personally offered to replace anything lost and deliver it himself (we found everything eventually) .
They even loaded in our babys room last and out first so she could go to sleep and disassembled/assembled any furniture.
We will definitely use them again as they made moving extremely easy. -

I hate moving.
Seriously. Who really likes to move? Certainly not anyone I know and if you're reading this, I bet you hate it, too. So I was DETERMINED to find movers this time because no way was I going to rent a truck and move in the middle of LA heat.
Plain and simple, ABC Moving Center is AMAZING!! Sherzod and Vitalik were super nice, super fast, and super badass! The price was freakin' incredible and the service was awesome. They check everything to make sure it's not broken or damaged. They are incredibly efficient, too.
My move took 5 hours (we own a lot of crap), and the whole thing came in under 450--that included truck, 2 movers, insurance, gas, blah-blah! If you hate moving, but you have no choice, you need to call these guys! -

These guys are the best!!! Two movers showed up right on time the day I was moving and were extremely friendly and efficient. They didn't ask me to do anything and credited me 15 minutes of time to start out with. Within an hour my entire apartment was carefully loaded into a van and on the move and they didn't leave behind a big mess like movers I've hired in the past did.
Moving into my new place was as stress free as moving out had been and they must have been moving at warp speed because moving in only took about 90 minutes, including reassembling all of my furniture.
The two movers, Archie and Russl, were extremely polite and made me feel very at ease and happy about my move. All of my things were moved carefully and there were no casualties - which was doubly shocking because I did not pack my stuff into boxes very well so I was sure some things would be lost in the move.
If you are moving I HIGHLY recommend you chose ABC movers. The price is astonishingly reasonable and when they say they are going to do it as quickly as possible they really mean it. Not only that, but you can have it done quickly, professionally, and cheaply - I'm pretty sure that's never supposed to happen. -

Yelp reviews are very true!!
It is rare to find a good movers although most of customer services are nice, but actual labors are different.
I truly believed the review and did a smooth transaction from my old place to new place.
Alexi and Davron from ABC Moving Center were hard worker and very careful for every single stuffs. Even they did hand-carried everything since my old place was kept in super clean and they didn't want to damage the carpet by using dolly!!
Believe or not, even hand-carry was as quick as dolly.
I am very happy to use this company and highly recommend anyone for any moving needs.

Ask for Andrey and Alexi! They were fast and efficient. They were so amazing that I had to write my first ever yelp review. They moved my fiancees stuff from a storage unit and his old apartment which was on a 2nd floor with no elevator. No complaints they just did it! My fiancee has a lot of heavy stuff and they had to have made more than a hundred trips up and down the stairs. Very professional. No wonder this company has excellent reviews, their movers are awesome and trustworthy. They have all the equipment including wardrobe boxes which made moving clothes in hangers so easy!!! We will use this company every time we move! Worth every penny!!!

Archie, Ruslan & Suleiman, I'm not positive about the spelling but I am positive I would hire these guys again.
They treated everything like it was their own. Ruslan individually wrapped up our entire kitchen, even some random pie tin we had in the cupboard, Sulaiman was literally running down our hallway to save us time and Archie, that man is the master mover-he organized everything and I'm still not sure how he made all of our furniture fit in the truck with zero damage. Throw in the yelp deal and no hidden fees, you can't go wrong with these guys. -

If I ever, ever had to do a move in the Los Angeles area, I cannot think of anyone else I would use.
We used ABC Moving to move our uncle from one end of Long Beach to the other. Andrey, Vitalii and Aman were our crew. We live in FL, but came out to CA for this move. Of all the work we did during the week, the actual move was, by far, the easiest. The fellows arrived, wrapped and loaded everything from uncles 1BR apt in less than 2 hours (we had already boxed the little things - kitchenware, books, drawers of stuff, clothes...). Their packing was TOP NOTCH. I thought it was normal until we got to the new apartment. Another mover showed up after we got there and I got a look at the competition. There was no comparison. Where our load was wrapped and padded, the other's was tossed onto dollies and hand trucks. As an example, uncle's dresser was wrapped in pads, then plastic wrapped, the other's was simply loaded on a 2 wheeler with no padding or wrap.
While waiting on the elevator, I (being the nosey one) happened to see their paperwork laying on one of the items they had staged. ABC charged only $20 more per hour. I am not sure how the other fellow's items made it through the move, but ours was pristine and arrived in exactly the same condition it left the old apartment.
I simply cannot say enough good things about Andrey, Vitalii and Aman. They were quick, efficient, courteous and exceptionally careful with all items (including a HUGE dresser and a curio cabinet). We have moved ourselves from one region to another within the US a few times (4BR houses, no less). If I could get these fellows for something like that, I would ask for this crew by name!

Hiring good movers can be a tricky business, so it's nice to know ABC Moving Center is the real deal. Archie and Uri from ABC helped my husband and I move into our new home a couple of months ago. They were professional, courteous, and let's face it kinda badass (in the best way possible). I worked with Serge over the phone, who was equally professional and courteous. Definitely the best experience I've had with a professional moving company. They were fast, professional, and hard-working. I would use them again.
I knocked them down a star because the truck they brought didn't fit all of my stuff, so they needed to make two trips, which added a couple of hours to the move. They didn't charge for the added time, but it meant I couldn't get started unpacking until the evening.
This wouldn't have been a big deal, but I had to get my two young children's bedrooms ready at a reasonable hour. Not a deal-breaker...but not a five star experience. -

When I looked up ABC Moving center on Yelp, I was "very" confused and just couldn't understand how could a moving company get SOO MANY 5 stars! But then I used ABC for my move and I saw why :)
We moved on a Saturday morning from a one bedroom apartment to another one bedroom from Downtown to the west side. The movers were suposed to be there between 8 and 9am and despite closed roads, archie and his crew reached at 8:30am!!
We had the most of the stuff boxed up and they started putting stuff in the trucks. Without stopping, they put everything in the truck, dismantled my bed and wrapped all the furniture very very nicely. I didn't have to do a thing!! It was super impressive :)
We reached the place and they put everything where I asked them to.
The reason I gave them 4 stars and not 5 is because a couple of hours after they left, I heard a big dang and I noticed that they didn't put the bed together properly. The missed or left a screw because of which one of the bars under the bed fell. If they misplaced a screw, they should have told me than just left it there.
Apart from this, they took very very good care of all my furniture and my stuff. I would totally recommend them and use them for my next move. -

I have moved a lot, in fact, three times since July 2011. I have used a lot of movers and have to say these guys were the best! Not only did they show up early, but they were polite and professional. Nothing was broken, not even my martini glasses. They were priced fairly and didn't nickel and dime you on shrink wrap, tape, etc. It was all included in the hourly rate.
I am hoping I never have to move again, but if I do, I will definitely book ABC Movers! Great job! -

Had ABC moving come today to help me move from my 1 bedroom apt. I had never used a moving company before and was a bit nervous. However these guys were fast and friendly. After getting some paperwork done, they went right to work. They will shrink wrap your stuff like pros and use blankets for the tv's and furniture. They use a pretty large truck which will pack plenty of your things.. This experience was really just too easy.. Yes, you do pay a little more than doing it your self and getting some friends.. But the price for less headaches and stress is worth it.. Thanks to Surge for his help..

I decided to give them a try because of the 5 star reviews. Alex and Sordor showed up on time and did a professional job. Most items were padded and wrapped. They were polite and efficient. The price is reasonable. I will definitely recommend this company.

Very professional movers, they did the job quickly and efficiently, no complaining or anything. I had 3 movers and they finished exactly when they said they would, barely took any breaks, and the final price was really good too!
It's always better to go Pro when moving. I have tried laborers and other movers, but they end up costing about the same, and pro movers are insured. Don't get scared by the hourly rate of $115/hr, etc, if you do the math for other movers/laborers/renting your own truck it ends up being the same or cheaper once you include all the wrapping and dollies and other extras.
I strongly recommend ABC Moving Center! -

First, I hate moving and I'm not one to beg friends and pay them with beer and pizza. I dreaded trying to find a reputable moving company that would not break the bank.
I went with ABC Moving Center after the recommendation of other Yelpers. I booked the reservation online ($10 booking fee and $50 deposit). I confirmed my reservation two days before the move, but didn't ever "talk" to anyone before the move.
I scheduled 2 movers and a truck (based on the recommendation via the website) at 8 am...they arrived at 7:50. They did a walk through of the house and made sure they understood what my expectations were. The clock didn't start until we had agreed on everything and the papers were signed.
It took them exactly 3 hours (the minimum) to move a 1 bed/1 bath/ single garage to a 2 bed/1 bath/ single garage. I paid the cash rate of $79/hour.
Overall they did a great job wrapping fragile items and putting things where they needed to go. Both movers were very friendly and willing to help out with some last minute and unexpected boxes. -

Very fast and efficient, incredibly attentive and professional. They didn't slack off and had everything done in a reasonable amount of time. It took them under their 3 hours minimum to move our 1 bedroom house with really big furniture to our new place and up a flight of stairs.
Our furniture and electronics were handled with care, everything came through the move unscathed.
