Anyone givin thise place a poor review should rethink their planniing. Yes, its incredibly busy, but they do denal work for HALF the typical price, what do you expect? I almost didn want to write this review for fear that more ppl would catch on & I wouldnt have my personal dental assistant anymore. Seriously, if you dont have insurance, or you have a lot of work you need done & not nearly enough $ to do it all, make an appointment! I recommend as early as possible bc a later in the day appt could involve HOURS of waiting, but if you are there first you get right in & get it over with!

Had an 11 am appointment for cleaning/x-rays and was not taken back for x-rays and dental exam until noon. The waiting room was full for the first half of my wait, so I had no chair. After X-ray examination, rather than a normal dentist where you go and sit in one chair throughout the entire process, they sent me back to the waiting room to wait for a cleaning (recommended procedure was deep cleaning) so I waited another 30 minutes and had the cleaning done. I also needed a couple fillings, so after the cleaning, again back out to the waiting room where I waited another 45 minutes before going to a 3rd, different dental chair and office where I had fillings done by a different dentist than the one who even initially examined the x-rays.
The place is cheaper than other dentists, but the feel just isn't quite right (both in the process and in the way the fillings feel in my mouth compared to the last time I had to get fillings).
I'll find a smaller office next time.
