Choosing carpet can be costly & stressful. After all once it is laid, it's yours! Greg took the time, demonstrated patience and delivered a soft, stain resistant quality carpet. Not only did he work within our budget, he offered a second discount to make sure we got the carpet we wanted. Then sent us home with many samples of various shades to ensure the color worked with our current decor. The finish product, excellent! Which is no surprise considering the service provided by Greg. I have no hesitation recommending Greg or Abbey Carpets. We are very happy with our new carpet.

I have been working with Pete Wolk at Abbey Carpets for quite some time, and on numerous projects. Pete has consistently provided a better quality product, at a lower cost than all the other competitors that bid the jobs. His team is thorough, professional, and leaves the worksite clean at the end of each day.
I am very pleased and would be happy to use Abbey Carpets an many future projects. Thanks for all your hard work. -

Review is for Greg McFarland, the carpet installer they use. Needed a small home project. Pup chewed up the bottom step - needed to be replaced. Most places don't do small jobs. He was prompt, efficient, careful, obviously took great pride in his work. Highly recommended!

I decided to use Abbey Carpets to install a new bathroom floor. Not only did the floor end up looking beautiful, I had a great experience with the salesperson and the installer. Professional, friendly and resonably priced. I will for sure go back to Abbey Carpets when I am ready for new floors in my home.

We've used Abbey carpets twice now. First we recarpeted the bedrooms and stairs of our house. the carpet was very reasonably priced, nice quality carpet and installation was timely.
We wanted to remove a 'decorative' banister in our home and repair the floor where it was. also we wanted some crown molding in a few rooms. It was quite tricky to match the flooring for the banister but Steve came up with a good solution and we are happy with the outcome. Also they installed simple but elegant crown molding that really finishes both the rooms.
if we need new flooring in the future we'll definitely be talking to Steve at Abbey carpets first. -

They had installed carpets in our home about 5 years ago and it was done in two days, very professional and quality work.
This time we had used them for installing vinyl in our kitchen the installer did an excellent job, and I did compare their prices with other vendors and it's very reasonable, they are not expensive at all even thought their work is superior. -

The staff of Abbey Carpet are awesome. We had them quote us on the same thing as S & G carpet and their quote was $3000.00 less. Not $300, but $3000. They were prompt every day that they came and were extremely careful with our installation. They were also very thorough. S & G carpet told us that we needed to remove our toilets and our sinks which we didn't want to do ourselves and Abbey Carpet took care of it on their own. When they were doing a final inspection, their crew lead noticed a crack in the toilet. He wasn't sure if his team made the crack but he bought a new toilet and came in and installed it. Such amazing customer service and they were quick to get everything done for us. We had our kitchen floor, three bathrooms, and our laundry room done by them and couldn't be happier!

We were moving into a home in 6 days and asked Marty Rose at Abbey Carpets if they could replace the living room carpet prior to the move date, so we didn't have to move furniture twice.
Marty was very upfront in indicating that he could meet the schedule so long as we could accept something that he had in stock, since there wasn't time to order anything. We found Abbey's in-stock selection to be perfect for our needs, and we were able to select a very nice, high-quality carpet from stock on hand, with excellent explanation regarding characteristics of the options available.
The installer arrived on time and the installation was absolutely first-rate; he was obviously very experienced. The finished product is very attractive, and the final price was as estimated and very reasonable.
We were very pleased with the overall experience and would not hesitate to do business with Abbey again. -

OK, I won't even get into the 2 year nightmare with my floors and my HOA people taking their sweet time getting this done -- but the guys at Abbey Carpet made this process nice and easy! First, the staff was super helpful and friendly, and FAST! In ONE DAY they had my bathroom done, and it looks fabulous. I will hire them to have hardwood flooring installed, since they were so courteous and they know how to get the job done WELL and in a timely fashion.

Rude lady working there thinks she's smarter and better than everyone else. Couldn't answer a few simple questions without voicing her un-needed opinion over and over. Wasn't looking to do anything big, just wanted to do my own thing. The lady is a bitch.

These guys are the best! There dedication to customer satisfaction is as good as it gets. We've hired BVI to provide and install floor coverings in our home on two different occations. The project was completed on-time and within our budget. BVI's owner (Steve) met with us after each project to ensure that we were satisfied and to resolve any concerns we might have. As a general contractor, I've seen the best and the worst in service providers. BVI gets 5 stars from me!
