Karen Anderson is the goddess of osteopathic pt. She is beyond healing every session and I see her for multi issues. New Office is convienient/Staff is cool. Karen's suggested take home exercises are helpful, make sense and have made me feel much better some days even pain free:)
Highly recommend her treatment from head to toe. -

I've been treated by a half dozen physical therapists over the last 20 years and my doctor recently recommended ABA Physical Therapy. They are by far the best PT practice I've ever been to. If you've ever been treated at what I call the "factory model" physical therapy practices that double book their therapists, where you get to see the therapist for only 10 minutes of your appointment and spend the rest of your paid appointment time being seen by a PT aide or using exercise equipment, contrast baths, icing or are left alone unsupervised, you'll be extremely pleased with ABA.
At ABA your entire appointment time is spent with your therapist and you get all the hands-on treatment your condition requires in addition to ultrasound, electrical stimulation and other modalities specific to your condition. They also provide customized home exercises to complement your on-site treatment plan. The exercises are provided on very handy 4 X 6 cards with photographs that help you remember correct form and posture at home.
I see co-owner Karen Anderson and she's extremely knowledgeable, taking time to educate and explain her treatments, at-home exercises and how they will help your condition. She also takes time to suggest adjustments to posture, sitting, moving and other tips to help the healing process. The office is clean and welcoming and the staff is very helpful. I can't recommend ABA Physical Therapy highly enough! -

Steve Anderson is the BEST !
My doctor recommended him and I have seen Steve on/off for 2 years for back/hip problems. Steve is a hands on practitioner, who listens, and then carefully customizes treatment to match your individual needs . He does not hand you off to an aide but spends the full time working with you himself. His years of experience give him insights a beginner PT wouldn't have. Office is clean, well run and the environment is positive and healing.
Highly recommend ABA Physical Therapy ! -

Wow, Karen and Steve are both amazing. They treat the whole body with osteopathic movement very gentle hands on, and customized excercises that heal rather than annoy like much pt Ive experienced.
They spend 45 minutes with you and are both true healers, and the front desk staff are helpful and welcoming. The office is nice too:) -

I saw Steve Anderson after I had 2 artificial discs replaced a few years earlier. No one else had really helped me except for Dr. William Anderson in San Mateo. Steve has an amazing ability to understand what exercises your body needs. Through his body work and exercises, I'm finally able to have strong core muscles. I highly recommend him and Ken Burns (whom I saw next) of Spectrum PT in San Carlos.
