Ansel is super efficient. I called him on Monday to get my racquet strung. Being a newbie, I wasn't sure what kind of string to get, but he recommended something and explained everything to me. He didn't try to push the very expensive stuff to me at all. The whole time he is very friendly on the phone and his price is very affordable.
He was able to pick it up the next day, and when I got back from work today, he had already delivered it to my doorman!
I will try out my racquet next week, but so far it looks pretty good. I will go to Ansel as long as I live in Chicago.

Established in 2009
After 12+ years stringing rackets for specialty stores and large chains, I want to give racket sports enthusiasts a convenient alternative. I don't believe you should have to wait over a day to have your racket serviced. If you have the time to meet with me, I can guarantee your racket will be done within 24 hours. I am open to picking up and delivering finished rackets within a 15 mile radius of Chicago Ave and Ada St. Same day service can also be provided with advance notice.

Former Junior, High School, D-1 College tennis player with over 20 years playing experience. I began stringing tennis rackets in high school, then started stringing professionally during college. Since I've worked for Chicago Tennis & Golf Company and several Sports Authority stores throughout Chicago. I am a tennis player at heart who enjoys making sure players have the best equipment possible.
