We have taken an older car and a newer car here. Both times the mechanic (George) was very thorough in his inspection before starting work. After the inspection, he gave us a call to find out what we wanted to do on the service and then, with our permission, did the work we approved. I like this because a lot of times you don't find out what's been done until you arrive to pick up your car. We usually take their advice and haven't been steered wrong. They do offer limited warranties on their work. Be sure to read the fine print for instructions on how to avoid voiding yours. Also, we didn't get a car wash like the previous review. Maybe the forecast called for rain?

well, maybe a miscommunication, but he didn't fix the shimmy, only the overheating experience. He said the fans were wired incorrectly from the cooling fan to the ac fan. Weird. He fixed this and put some miles on the car at the tune of another $100. I don't know if that is a good price or a bad one?
