Off the charts!
Aaron...what a guy!
Personable, knowledgeable, a man that loves what he does with all his being. I'm so jealous!
Aaron has a gift that serves a higher purpose and can do so much good for so many people.
I know it may sound weird but Aaron is one of those people who's aura is so positive and "light" that I don't know why anyone wouldn't WANT to benefit from his services!
Yeah, it may hurt a little but like he says...we didn't get this way overnight!
I am and will continue to sing his praises to anyone who will listen.
Can't wait until we're out from under a college tuition bill to be able to take advantage of his excellent skills...and to unwrap this pretzel-like body of mine from years of abuse by sitting in front of a computer!! -

Aaron is THE reposturing master.
A couple years ago my jaw popped out of alignment- I couldn't chew or hear and was in extreme pain. Western doctors just gave me drugs and sent me on my merry way. Chiropractor was no help at all. In desperation I went to Aaron and he saved me. Not only did he help put my jaw back in alignment, but he addressed the underlying issues that had caused it to happen in the first place, and showed me exercises I could do to keep it from ever happening again. My jaw has been feeling like a million bucks ever since. Aside from anybody in pain or with structure issues I would especially recommend Aaron 100% for anyone with painful TMJ. He is a true healer and will find the root of your pain or illness and correct it.
My mom has been a massage therapist for over 20 years, and I have met some of the best healers in the world. I can tell you there is no one else I have ever met that can do what he does. Aaron is a true MASTER at properly aligning the body. If you want a light Shiatsu massage do not go to Aaron. If you really want to do what it takes to be pain free and align your body (it can be really intense) than Aaron is the guy to see. He is expensive because he is the absolute best at what he does and is in high demand. He is who all the massage therapists go to to get fixed. -

Okay be prepared this is no spa massage. This is as pure massage therapy as I have ever experienced. It hurts sooo good!
The great thing about his work is that his focus isn't on what hurts it's on what is causing the hurt.
If I could find a combination of his work and a spa atmosphere I would be in heaven! Aaron is without a doubt the most knowlegdable bodyworker I have ever met! -

Have u ever had shooting pains that go from your wrist and up the arm...like electrical shock? Perhaps the start of carpal tunnel syndrome?
The work that Aaron did to relieve that pain with a series of stretches and massage done simultaneously for me made me a faithful client and a life long student of the skills and techniques that are (cost) effective!
After that first session I was pain free!
If you think you have tried everything to get relief....you have'nt yet tried Aaron Parnell's Reposturing Dynamics. -

I have had hip, upper back and neck pain that was exacerbated by three total knee replacements. I started working with Aaron Parnell about 8 months ago and have noticed steady improvement. Not only is my pain much less, but my posture has improved cosiderably! He has also been performing reposturing of my face and has taken at least 10 to 15 years off my looks. No one would guess that I am in my 60's. Aaron is a true healer. He is sensitive, caring and very knowledgeable about the body. If you are experiencing pain in your body, give Aaron a call!

Aaron Parnell is hands down the BEST bodyworker, ever! I have had extensive and expensive work done on my body for the last 20 years and no one has been able to help me but Aaron. A friend told me about him and the results she was having so I went to see him. I'm telling you.... his work is like nothing you will have ever experienced anywhere! His knowledge and expertise in unbelievable! Try him and I promise you, that you will be thrilled and feel better then you ever thought possible! Aaron Parnell changed my life.
I first went to see him in 2002 because he was recommended by a friend of mine. I had been a sloucher my entire life. To the point where I was having chronic back pain in my neck, shoulders and middle back. I was constantly tense in those areas and I also felt unattractive due to my head jutting forward to compensate for my balance and my rounded shoulders. I knew if I didn't do something soon, I would end up a hunched over middle aged lady.
Through intense stretching of your muscular system, he makes your skeletal structure move back into alignment by moving your muscles back to where they should be. It's like the exact opposite of chiropractors where you have to go back over and over and over again because no matter how many times they put your bones back in alignment, your muscles will eventually pull them back to where the muscles are used to them being. This is why what Aaron does is so different and works SO MUCH BETTER than any chiropractic work.
After my first set of intense sessions with Aaron, I was an inch taller and my shoulder bones were no longer resting on my rib cage. I have been back to him twice since then in 2005 and just this past week for "tune ups" but I have to say, his work lasts. And he gives you exercises to do at home to keep up your posture and they really help and the end of a long day of 8 hours sitting in a desk chair.
I highly recommend Aaron to anyone wasting their money on constant chiropractic visits or anyone with joint, muscle, bone or nerve pain. He will change your body forever! -

I had reposturing work done by Laura Aurell of the Vitality Center (Aaron Parnells' treatment center). My neck and shoulders had begun to stay all hunched up, even when I was relaxed and away from my computer. After one wonderful treatment, my shoulders dropped down to the normal position I had 35 years ago! My neck and shoulders stayed loose and fluid for about 2 months. I certainly want to continue with this treatment so I can enjoy the benefit permanently.

I was recommended to visit Aaron by my friend massage therapist who tried to help me to relieve my many years last low back pain.
I started sessions with him about two months ago and after many helpless attempts with chiropractor, physical therapy and other modalities it was the first time when I said to myself "It is working!"
The uniqueness of Aaron's work is his individual approach to the client. I mean, he is not doing "click- click", "crack-crack" as every chiropractor does, he is looking into the root cause of the issue and performs certain stretches and also proposes the specific to the problem exercises that are definitely help to make your muscles more flexible and allow the bones move back to their designated position for full body alignment.
Great work Aaron! Thank you a lot!
I would recommend to everybody who has skeletal issues due to injury or different profession related misalignment to visit Aaron to experience his unique techniques. -

Reposturing Dynamics is a science that is miraculous in its healing abilities and is still a hidden gem in the world of alternative medicine. Aaron Parnell, the creator, developer and practitioner of Reposturing Dynamics is a gifted healer and can restore health and eliminate pain in the most intractable bone, muscle, tendon and ligament problems. Aaron gets to the root cause of the problem, structurally, and then delivers the most intense body work to bring the body back to its proper alignment and balance. All this while having you select whatever kind of music you want to listen to while you are getting worked on. I most recently started working with Aaron for a new lower back pain and pain in my thigh. By using his reposturing techiniques on me I am not only relieving the symptoms but opening up other areas of my body. This is reducing stress, making me feel better and giving me much more range of motion in Yoga and other exercise classes. In addition to reposturing this center offers many other alternative healing modalities but I can't honestly vouch for them.
