Aaron is a true professional!
I've experienced several events with Aaron and all of them having been stunning in presentation, flavor and quality. His menus have international flair, but he does the classics equally well.
Standouts included: tender roast beef w/ fennel caramelized onions and horseradish cream fraiche. Yes, it's classic....but there is a reason for this! Aaron's team does it up right. Also, his red curry grilled shrimp are simply addictive. Perfectly cooked so they POP in your mouth with flavor in that special way only shrimp does. MMMmmm...
Aaron himself is charming, personable, PROFESSIONAL and very easy to get along with. He is a true sweet heart who puts together an amazing event to boot.

I so highly recommend this caterer- Aaron Jonas. The moment you step foot into his kitchen you can see that cooking is his passion! He has an amazing space in Petaluma that is so clean and has all of the newest equipment.
The food, ooh, ah, the food... that Aaron prepared for us was done with perfection, style, pizazz, art, and the love of cooking. He uses high quality ingredients and put a careful touch into a gorgeous presentation.
The ahi tartare may be the best I have ever had- with fresh ahi, and a touch of some pineapples, mango, and avocado! Oh yum! The coconut shrimp with red curry- aaah! The chicken-lettuce cups- also yum! As you can tell, I opted to try the asian/asian fushion options. Everything was absolutely perfect!
Aaron's personality definitely tops the cake! He's awesome, fun, energetic and so personable! I was extremely impressed!
We heart Aaron Jonas Catering! Please invite me to your upcoming party/wedding/event if he is your caterer!!! I need more ahi tartare!!! :) -

Aaron Jonas catered my son's Bar Mitzva. I tell you he made the party. From the presentation of the food to the selection and freshness. I give him and his crew a 10 and already have recomended him to my friends and relatives (He will be catering my sister's wedding soon). One of the things that made us select him over other companies was his personality. He is charming and very pleasant to work with. He directed us the right way and gave us everything we wanted. Aaron Jonas made our son's Bar Mitzva special and memorable. Thank you Aaron and crew.
