      We took our Nissan Murano with the troublesome CVT transmission to Earl, expecting the worst. He and his crew found out that, not only was it not the transmission, it was fixable and they did it in one day! Many thanks to Earl and his crew!

      This is a bit late. But better late than never. Back in March of 2020 I was having some shifting issues with my Accord. I did my homework and checked out Yelp. I found out that Aamco had good reviews, besides transmissions are what they are known for. So I brought my car in to have it checked out. I was told by the person in the office that I would need to have my transmission rebuilt. They offered the best deal so I had them rebuild my transmission. I was quoted $1,850. That was a reasonable price. When I picked the car up, the price was $2,350. I was not happy about the price. I was told that included a military discount. As I looked over the invoice at home, I saw that they charged me $133 for motor mounts. They replaced them without getting my permission.
      Here is where the problem started. I had to return my car there 6 or 7 times within the first 2 weeks of the repair because of other shifting issues caused by the rebuild. The first time was the same day that I picked the car up. I almost had an accident. I went through a car wash. When I put the car in neutral, the car kept driving and almost hit the car in front of me. The car wash had to shut the whole operation down so I could drive my car through. I took the car back to the shop covered in soap and suds. They also had to replace the solenoid 3 times. (They must get a lot of bad parts.)
      I never got an apology from them for any of those inconveniences. I lost a lot of work and money.
      As I said before, better late than never. I can not recommend this establishment. If you take your car there, I hope that you have better luck than I did.

      OK let's tell you how this went for me four weeks ago my car broke down I took it to this place I was on vacation with friends and teenagers they kept it For the hole time and another three weeksThen tells me it's It's going to cost me $4000 to get it fixed I gave them the warranty people number they took their time about getting back to them they told them it was going to cost $6200 They didn't like the fact that the warranty people want only pay 26t00 they didn't like want to do with the warranty person said so he called me and told me it was going to coast 37000 and asked me for 1500 if I did won't to pay that it would take another two weeks and The training they were going to put into it wouldI had more miles on it than my mind did to do so they call me back and told me I could pay the difference if I wanted it in that week otherwise I'd have to wait two weeks longer that would make it six weeks in the meantime I've been paying for everything myself so I got him down to 1050 then I tell them that I'm renting a car with my husband that is blind and that we would need a ride back to the rental place to return the car I I drove 600 miles to get it they tell me that the rental place will give me a ride back which was wrong they lied I forgot to wear my mask and I apologize and put my mask on they said we don't wear mask and we have the Covid virus 19 as I drive out of the parking lot and leave my husband there with the car didn't even bring the car to the front of the place they made me go in the back and get it they all shut down and went home left me hanging had to get a taxi back so they lied about that they lie about everything and on top of that they tell me out right to my face that they have the Cova 19 virus so now I get to go home and get tested for this virus and they known I worked for the school hope that I don't have it but if I were you I wouldn't go to this place for any help because they're a constant liar and and ripped you off take your car hostage until you can pay it what kind of business are they running here I highly recommend not taking your vehicle here whatsoever do not do business here. So not only did I have to pay for a rental car a Taxie and hotel for the plus two day off of work and now I have To pay to get tested for the COVID-19 virus And then isolate and not get paid for 14 days this place has all white people working there with all that's going on in this world only in America

      These guys figured out my problem in an hour when my regular mechanic couldn't in a month and several visits. Josh is super nice and helpful. They gave me a fair price and worked quickly, and even helped me get a rental while they were working on my vehicle. You hate to need this type of work, but when you do, go see these guys!

      I thought I had a transmission issue with my car. I was just about to leave town when it broke and wouldn't drive when in gear and I couldn't shift into Park either. I called 2 shops before AAMCO. Both of those shops just didn't seem to care to much and wanted money upfront before they would even look at the car. So, I called AAMCO and David not only said he would look at it for free but he also hooked me up with a tow company to get my car in there. Then he waived the tow fee since I got my car fixed by them. He let me know exactly what was wrong and what he was going to fix along with a total price quote. It ended up not being the transmission and I was able to save thousands of dollars.
      This place is top notch. Communication is great, prices are fair and my car rides excellent now. Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone needing any type of vehicle work. I'll for sure be bringing my car back. Thanks, David!

      The best transmissions shop out here! Simplest personal mistake was made, and they did not bull shit me! Something i easily overlooked, and they couldve upcharged, or lied about what was wrong, and i more then likely knowing bare minimum about cars wouldve just caved in. Friday afternoon i called, within 1 hour they had a tow truck come out and tow me over. Monday morning got a call saying it was an easy fix no charge, except for the towing fee! I recommend highly recommend this shop!

      Absolutely wonderful service and people here!! I hate taking my car into anyone, being a single woman I've been ripped off and taken advantage of on more than one occasion. I walked into this shop very skeptical. David and Shawna were great!! Will most definitely go back in the future and recommend this shop to anyone!!

      The issue was resolved by the transmission shop. They ordered me new parts and made it right. I may have been a little bit a hasty in my decision to post something right away, They did take care of the problem. Ended up being great people.
