*****this place doesnt deserve the 1 star i gave it.
initially the front desk staff was nice and greeted us.
told us to go through the book and would give us keys to check out properties! great! so we went, fell in love with a house, wanted it, filled out application, paid the $40 fee, told us we will hear from us in 24 to 48 hours, no more than 72 hours. its been 7 days and absolutely nothing!!
we called every day, to check the status, all they would do is transfer us to our mysterious broker who never seemed to return calls.
before we even put in the application we had some concerns and questions, some other broker jumped in and started with his 2 cents, so we asked if we can speak to our broker, receptionist said "let me see if shes here, ok shes here" , i asked if she was busy she said i dont know, well can you call her? i suppose i can, but if shes with a client she wont answer.
i told her understood that, so we will put the application in and speak to her in the morning, once again 7 days later and we are still waiting.
we have asked to talk to managers or another broker, we keep getting the run around. i feel like this place has raped us of our money.
the minute we denied to pay $300 fee to take the house of the market they no longer wanted to help us. money hungry bastards!!
mind you everything happens for a reason.
we went to prudetial all american, had an amazing experience, found an even better place at a lower price. read my review on them! ****
