I am very happy with the service we received from AAA Windows and Doors. My husband and I meet with several companies before we made a decision to go with AAA Windows and Doors. This company set its self a part from the other window companies by providing professional service while understanding the importance of building a relationship with their customers before signing a contract.
Vladimir, the owner, was great to work with. He was knowledgeable, responsive and through. The installation crew was great as well. They were very professional and fast.
Our house looks amazing with our new windows. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for an honest and professional company. -

Great work - Chuck came and gave me a fair estimate and followed up several times to see if I had made a decision. I got a ton of estimates and they worked with me on the price. They were really understanding as I had another guy there giving me an estimate who was taking an extra long time so Chuck had to wait! That was embarrassing. He was really nice about it though and I ultimately chose them because of Chuck and also because my coworker referred them to me.
Vladimir, the owner, came to do final measurements and the windows were ordered. Three weeks later, Vladimir called to schedule the installation and I have beautiful new windows. I had a cutdown for one of the windows and the job looks good - I do have to paint the trim that they had to add - I have white trim and the new trim is unpainted and on the inside, some patching needs to be done but that may be expected for a cutdown - worth asking about.
If you are just doing the old pop in windows to replace then should be no issue as the ones where they replaced my old aluminum, single pane windows look super clean! -

I was super impressed by these guys. First off, I shopped around a lot. Their prices cannot be beat. No way.
Besides being super knowledgeable they were incredibly patient. My HOA put them through hell and they calmly provided every single piece of obscure paperwork to help me navigate the bureaucratic maze.
The install team showed up on time and finished my entire condo in 6 hours. My home is now silent and comfortable. Worth every penny! -

I had all the windows and a patio door replaced by AAA, and they were great. Altogether, I probably got about 15 or so quotes, and AAA's quote came in way below all others. In fact, I had another contractor come in; he GUARANTEED that he could beat any quote that I have on the same Simonton windows because he works for a national chain. I showed him the quote, and he simply couldn't keep his word. Ha. Gotcha.
They did a reasonable job. They even put in the wooden frame around the patio door, which I didn't expect. Some other contractor was gonna charge me a few hundred bucks to put that in. So, all in all, I was quite happy. There was a slight ding in one of the windows though, but since it was small, I thought, well, whatever... -

Excellent experience! I'm so glad I chose AAA when I decided to renovate my home. They not only have incredibly reasonable prices, but Chuck and Vladimir were so personable and friendly, even throughout me changing my mind several times on types of windows I wished to put in. I have recommended them to many friends and a couple of family members, and will definitely be calling them again should I need windows in the future.

I purchased aluminum windows from AAA. They came out and installed them. The job looked satisfactory. But a few days later, after a rain, water collected in the track of the west facing windows and stayed there until it evaporated. I called AAA to tell them about the problem and 3 months later it is still not solved. The window manufacturer is pointing to AAA and AAA is pointing to the manufacturer. I have made numerous phone calls to BOTH AAA and the manufacturer. It took 5 phone calls for AAA to finally mail to me the warranty information.

I went to the AAA Windows and Doors showroom in Belmont twice--closed. I called and made an appointment--no show. The woman who took my calls is in San Francisco. She is nice, but the Belmont office seems to need better staffing.
