Review from Beverly S.
Ontario, CA
My grandmother left me a bunch of gold and silver jewelry when she passed away. It took me a very long time to work up the courage to go ahead and sell it. I have to admit, I was feeling pretty emotional and scared when I walked in to AAA Gold Exchange, but that didn't last long. Ian and Lydia made me feel so comfortable with the whole process. They explained everything and tested my items right in front of me. Best of all, they didn't pressure me. I walked out feeling happy about my decision. The HUGE check they wrote me didn't hurt either!

It was a very easy process. I was helped by Carlos he showed me the process of testing the gold and was very professional. I was satisfied with my payout and the experience.

History
Established in 1990
Many years ago when I was in my early twenties I was poor and desperate for cash. I didn't have enough money for my upcoming rent obligation, or enough to buy decent food. At the low point in my life I found myself eating out of a trash can behind a McDonald's restaurant in Hollywood, CA.
During that time I remembered that I had a small bag of broken gold chains and a few gold rings I had collected while I was a teenager. I still have memories of pestering my sister regularly to see if she had any more broken jewelry she could give to me. For some reason I loved gold.
I decided to turn that small baggie of gold jewelry into cash. It was 1983.
I took my stash to a jeweler to have it appraised. Surprisingly it was just over $400 worth of gold, even at the lower gold prices from back then. Unfortunately, when I was selling gold, the jeweler offered me only $180, explaining how that was pretty standard among jewelers. He said I could go to a pawn broker who would offer me even less. Y
