I cannot say enough good things about AAA.
A pipe in my building's attic burst about two weeks ago, flooding my unit. I called AAA and they called me back almost immediately. A couple of hours later, Jesse and his crew arrived and got right to work.
The crew has been clean, efficient and professional. This type of event is pretty traumatic, and Jesse did everything he could to make this process fast, courteous and professional.
Jesse told me that the company owner, Jason, believes that people come first and money and other incidentals can be dealt with afterwards... That this is a people business shows through. Jesse was also quite knowledgeable about insurance and explaining the cleaning process to me.
Finally, Yesenia and her crew have also been professional and courteous. They packed up all my stuff and catalogued all the items that were damaged by the flood.
I found AAA randomly on Yelp in a time of crisis, and I can't recommend them enough... Jesse, Yesenia and the crew made an awful event more manageable and less traumatic. Thank you AAA!Comment from Shanna N. of AAA Flood and Fire Service 4/16/2012

This company came through in the clinch, my wife and I were stressed out and worried about our house being damaged for good. After all it is our biggest investment, and pride and joy. We can home to 3 or more inches of water all over the first floor, the walls and carpet were soaked. If you have never been through this situation, it feels like impending doom.
Jason and his crew came through, extracted all the water. Explained to us how our insurance worked. It was over with a lot quicker than we thought, and our house is now back in good order.
Thank you once again for your quick response, we couldn't have done it without you.

VERY helpful and they did a great job on a pipe that bursted in my upstair bathroom. I managed to turn the water off but not before I has a waterfall going down my stairs!!!! They came out and did a fantastic job fixing and cleaning up ALL the water. Quick, curtious and Professional! what more could you as for !
