Wow,  I have used AAA several times over many years and find their service to be tops.

I have build and owned 3 restaurants the last 10 years and have used AAA every time with no problems

I think there is more to the story than the person complaining stated.

Couldn't be more miserable from hiring this company.  They agreed to do the job in one month because I had high carrying costs - took almost 4 months.  90% of delays attributable to them.  Fail inspection, show up very late for inspection, don't show when have appts., show when no appt., have to redo plans several times because they fail to make corrections clearly spelled out to them.   Told me my responsibility to go to city with plans after city found problems in their work.  I find everything is a struggle.  He told me don't want to come to next inspection as they had been there too many times.  If they had done it right the first place.  Sloppy, sloppy work and I don't believe they care.  Broke some of my stuff twice - no apology and on and on and on.  Reduced my bill a small amount compared to tremendous losses I incurred.  Never ending problems.  Pres. of co. told me delays were my fault since I didn't contact him and only worked with his est.  His estimator was a sr. estimator who worked w. co. 8 years and I should not have relied on him for rush?  I was never advised to work with anyone else.  Then the Pres. said he wanted to meet w. me and would prepare a time line for delays.  Then he refused to do that or talk to me.  Then put someone else in charge who I find is even more difficult - I find him to "never be wrong".   I met someone else who was having sprinkler work done and he told me he was told not to get a bid from them.
