Found this place on line while searching for a local place to get a re-inking rubber stamp that I could pick up with in the next couple of days. Their web site didn't state anything about local pick up being available so I called and the sweet lady on the phone said it would be ready same day if i had order in by noon and they would call as soon as it was available for pick up. Sent e-mail with the simple letters I needed on the stamp and provided my number if there were any questions, I ended up calling the following morning b/c I hadn't heard back from them (only negative thing I could find). The same sweet lady apologized and said she couldn't believe that someone hadn't called, but the stamp was ready for pick up so off I went. Found the location and was in and out in just a minute, the bag with my stamp had a handful of tootsie rolls in it (totally made up for the lack of phone call) and they were all super friendly AND your money stays local. On the web site you'll see where they've been family ran locally for the past 32 years :)
