For the second time in about two years, my refrigerator was dying -- loud noises, rising temperatures, etc. Some web research uncovered my problems were pretty common in the model, so I started to look into replacements. To get one that would fit the abnormally small space, it was going to be about $1400, so I decided to call AA Best.
Ivan came out and immediately knew what the problem was. Two hours later, it was not only running again, but he installed some extra "stuff" to prevent the problem from recurring. He even hooked up the icemaker, which had been disconnected since I'd moved in three years earlier. Yes, I'm lazy.
Anyway, highest recommendation from me. The price was fair and Ivan really knows what he's doing. I will definitely call them again when the next appliance breaks. -

The spring that helps lower the door to our dishwasher broke so it needed to be replaced. I called on a Monday and was given a 2 hour window that he would arrive that Wednesday. The 2 gentlemen were on time, gave us an estimate and worked very quickly and efficiently. I would use them again if we needed appliance repairs.

Interesting. I called this company as it was recommended on Yelp and Angie's list.
The person called me back and told me he could not help me as they don't service my area. Fine, so I asked if he could recommend someone who did. He said he couldn't recommend competition? but he doesn't service my area? I think that's very unhelpful. anyway, he hung up on me.
I can't help but write this as someone who is rude may not always be good to use. -

AA Best fixed our GE freezer tube with duct tape, rather than replacing the tube properly. We had a major leak since then, which caused water damage to our cabinets and floor.
We called GE and they replaced the tube for 1/3 of the cost charged by AA Best.

We just moved into a new place when our washing machine began smoking (literally) halfway through a cycle. A day later the dishwasher door fell off one of its hinges and would no longer close.
I was referred to Ivan from our home inspector. He came out the next day, was on time, and not only fixed both issues for a totally reasonable (read: below what we assumed we would have to pay) price. He also pointed out how to maintain both machines and some best practices for preserving their life.
Next time something smokes or falls off, Ivan's our man. -

Our Kitchen Aid washing machine was not spinning properly and we called AA Best and had an appointment 2 days later.
They gave us a 2 hour window of when they would arrive and said they would call when they were on their way. The delivered as promised.
Ivan took a look at the problem and said he did not have the part with him but would return 2 days later or the next day if he had a cancellation. He gave us a firm estimate of the cost to repair.
The next day he came and repaired the washing machine and its good as new.
The initial service call was $60 less than Sears. The final cost was exactly as promised.
I would highly recommend AA Best and will call them again if another appliance breaks down. -

Great. Really really great. Ivan was right on time for the initial service call, ordered the part we needed, and came back 2 days later to fix the machine. Very polite, quick, and what I assume was a reasonable cost (service fee and then the cost of the part). If any of our appliances break again, we'll definitely call Ivan. He even liked my cat.

Something's fishy. I had an appointment that was to be confirmed by the lady answering the phone the day before or before they showed up to my house. No call came. In the meantime I had errands so I missed the serviceman. Not sure who Ivan is on these other posts - but this man that called was a heavy latino accent and sounded threatening on the phone. he said. 'Why didn't you call DUDE - you're wasting our TIME and out GAS. !!!" And then waited on the phone. I've been worried ever since. The lady on the phone was nice though.

I called Monday to see if anyone could repair my washer and by Tuesday afternoon the wonderful service guy was there . He even gave me tips on how to use the washer more efficently. He had a great attatude , humorous and polite. I would recommend this company to anyone. The price was very affordable as well.

I have been using this service for 8 years and have always been very pleased. Ivan is honest and will tell you if your appliance is worth repairing. Recently, my dishwasher wasn't draining and I was scheduled to host a party in my home. I left a message and Ivan was able to squeeze me in and fixed the dishwasher. Yay! The service fees are very reasonable as well.

My GE dishwasher was not draining properly and was running endlessly. I called AA Best on a weekend, and even though no one answered, AA Best followed up immediately the following Monday to see if I still needed assistance. I had an appointment within a few days and was given a 2 hour window. Ivan called before arriving and came close to the beginning of the window. He was prompt, courteous, friendly and fixed my problem. He even gave me tips on some issues I was having with my furnace, free of charge. I thought the price was reasonable. I would definitely call them again.
