Excellent service! I booked a reservation from HNL to a Waikiki hotel and also from a Waikiki rental car agency (that didn't have airport shuttle service) back to HNL. Shortly after our flight touched down I received a call from the driver instructing where to meet after picking up luggage -- prompt, pleasant, and way better than waiting in the taxi stand line!
Equally great experience on the way back to the airport, the driver called just before we arrived at the rental agency to let us know that he was already there and waiting (ahead of the scheduled pick up time).
Reasonable flat rate cost and can't beat the convenience, will book with them again in the future. -

Great service! I called the day before my flight arrived from LAX to HNL and were able to get transfers straight to my hotel in Waikiki for a flat rate of $30. Our driver called us when we landed (our flight was about a half hour early) and met us across the street after we collected our bags. We had a nice clean Lincoln Town Car with sufficient air conditioning. The driver was incredibly nice and made great conversation.
On our last day I called in the morning to book our return car, and the driver was about a half hour early which was fine because we wanted to get to the airport a little early. I think it was the manager who came to pick us up because he was taking a few phone calls while taking us to the airport. He came in a minivan instead but it was still nice.
I would definitely recommend this instead of taking a taxi. These guys are really nice, and the flat rate is definitely a plus. It's a private car so you don't have to stop at 8,000 hotels before you reach your destination. -

Flat rates! These guys made our trip so much easier. One driver was very quiet and the other driver was very chatty. The vans are clean and we always felt safe during both rides to and from the airport.
This is who we will call when we go back. -

I love this shuttle company. First it is a private shuttle with a flat rate. They are very reliable. You call 48 hours before you use them. Give them your flight info. They follow your flight. Our flight was 40 minutes early. They called me right when we got off the plane to let me know he was waiting for us. He told me were to meet him. We were picked up in a clean Lincoln Town Car. On the way to the hotel our driver told us about Hawaii and what we should see.
On the return flight they picked us up at the time we were told they would be there. This time we were picked up in a clean Mini Van.
They charged us $30 each way. Nothing extra for luggage. I will use them every time I come to the Island.
They were awesome!! -

A little confusion when driver called me while waiting for luggage about where to meet him. After finding him everything was fine. New, clean van and made very good time from airport to Waikiki hotel zone. Reasonable cost and good service. I would use them again

I had called A8 a couple of days ahead of my arrival in Honolulu to schedule a pick-up. We had 5 people in our party. They told me no problem, the cost would be $35. They were there waiting when we arrived. The vans were clean and had plenty of space for all our luggage.
I also called a day in advance to book our return to the airport with them. They were there on time. The driver even called me to let me know he was on the way, and would be arriving at my hotel in 5 mins. I would definitely use them again the next time I go to Honolulu. -

Great shuttle service. You can tell they're a smaller business, but the owner really hustles, and so do the other drivers! They guarantee a flat rate airport service no matter what the hour or traffic situation. It's way better than having inflated taxi rates, or riding on one of those cattle buses which require you to be picked up at 4 am for an 8 am flight!
The vans we were transported in were comfortable, fairly clean, but most importantly they were right on time, and at $30, a great price. Call at least a few hours ahead if you can. They'll watch your flight numbers.
