Best Service I've ever had on a Home Repair. This was nothing but Professional
Service. Finally a Company that did not try to rip me off. I checked there bbb rating

Never have I experienced such service. My garage door failed around 12:45PM yesterday - the door was nearly off the tracks and stuck about half way up. I called A1 at 1PM, they promised to have a technician at my house between 3 and 5PM. The tech called me at 1:20 to confirm, he arrived at 2Pm and was wrapped up by 3PM. I was impressed with the enthusiasm and pride the tech, Tyler, exhibited for his work as well as the quality of the work he performed. This is a first rate service company.

This company has customer service down to a T. You will not be disappointed with this one. Plus my new doors were a 1000.00 dollars cheaper than going through Home Depot and the best customer service to boot.

Really impressed with this company. Not only did the technician show up early, explained everything in detail with great patience, but as someone who lives alone, I greatly appreciated the e-mail sent with the tech' s picture in advance. The work was done quickly, professionally and fairly priced. I have no hesitation to recommend them.

My wife and I heard a loud bang shortly after coming home from work and could not figure out until the next morning when my wife was trying to leave for work what the loud bang was.....The torsion spring on my garage door failed leaving the door inoperable. After manually lifting the door open to get our cars out, i started looking into repair providers. I found A1 here on Yelp. Fortunately, I was not in an emergency situation, so I sent them an E-mail at 730 am inquiring about pricing, and to my surprise received a reply by 8am. I had a couple questions so I called and asked for the lady who replied to my e-mail (Katie) who was EXTREMELY courteous and helpful. She was able to answer all my questions and also, without me asking, let me know about two available coupons (this is just above and beyond, honest customer service), which made the repair cost extremely affordable. I told her I would call her back after figuring out my schedule for the day. I called her back around 9am to set up an appointment and was told that someone was available between 2 and 4pm. Usually when you are given a range time by any service provider, it's going to be later rather than sooner. Surprisingly, I received a call from Scott at 1:45 stating he would be there in 15 minutes. I really appreciated the call letting me know he was on his way and especially appreciated the fact that he showed up at the earliest time they had told me. He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and through. He not only repaired the spring but adjusted and "tuned up" the entire door. The honesty, customer service, thoroughness, and quality was excellent from start to finish. A1 has earned a repeat customer and I will recommend them to any one I can for garage door repair.
FYI - I know another reviewer mentioned this but, the repair guys use their own trucks (not company provided), so there is a 12.50 fuel fee that is added to the total and I was told about this at the time of the original quote. I feel that the fee was more than fair, especially since they openly and willingly let me know of a very substantial coupon discount. Thank you Scott, Katie and A1! -

A1 Garage Door Service came by today to fix our broken door. The technician was on time, professional and fast. He diagnosed the problem and gave us different quotes about short-term and long-term options for fixing the door. We're so grateful to have a functioning garage door again. I would certainly recommend them.

I had booked another company but wasn't feeling all warm and fuzzy about them! So I called another company, A1, and was greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable lady! I already felt better!! She answered all my questions and I cancelled the other company. The tech arrived on time and explained all options and was very nice and knew what he was doing. He did mention a gas surcharge fee of $12.95 that pissed me off and I said that the fee was never mentioned and I would not pay. He waived it and said no problem...The fee was my only complaint, but they resolved that on the spot!

A1 Garage Door Service was great... They actually showed up on time, I thought that was impossible here in Arizona. I live in North Scottsdale and thus far, have not have had any luck, til A1 Garage Door Service showed up. The garage door repair was a great price, and the technician had me cracking up, Tommy was his name :)

My spring broke on a Sunday. I spoke to the on-call person from another well-known company who obviously didn't want to be bothered with coming to my house to fix it, who said he would charge me a trip charge, and double time for coming out on a Sunday. He suggested I call back on Monday, and "maybe they could fit me in" the same day. A1 came out, didn't charge a trip charge or weekend rates, gave me a coupon, tuned my whole system for free, and was done in an hour. They have a loyal customer for life now.

This weekend my garage door would not go up. I pressed the automatic garage door button and the door would only go up half way. I was forced to call a garage door company. I called three companies and only one company stood out. They came out the same day and were polite over the phone. I chose A1 Garage Door Service because they were willing to give a free estimate and already had great ratings on Yelp. In the end it turned out that my garage door spring was broken and needed to be replaced. I was happy with the service and would recommend A1 Garage Door Service.

I spoke with Bill at A1 today because my garage door wouldn't shut properly. He was very helpful, professional, and polite. With only a few questions, he determined that the problem was caused by a broom that was blocking one of the sensors. He saved me the time and cost of a service call. Great people - highly recommend.
