I called on Sunday and scheduled someone to come out on Monday. Monday morning they called me and canceled my appointment because I was not in their area, they told me the woman I spoke to was new and had made a mistake. I told them I had already taken the day off work and they still refused to send anyone out because it was too far to drive. If this is the way they handle THEIR mistakes, I'd hate to see how they fix things or what would have happened if they had made a mistake while in my home.

Meet the Business Owner: Sherril B.
Sherril Brandon, originally from Birmingham Alabama, moved to Tulsa in 1976 with her two teenage sons. She fell in love with Tulsa and Lindell Brandon. Lindell is a Tulsa native who grew up working in his parent's family business, Brandon's Auction.
They married in 1983. 2010 marks Sherril and Lindells 27th wedding anniversary. They have been in the appliance sales and service business for most of their 27 years together. This is truly a family business as both sons James and Kenny and oldest grandson, David, have all worked for the company doing service work, making deliveries and shop repairs. Sherril and Lindell run their family business on the foundation of treating others fairly, doing the right thing at all times and following the golden rule.
