I recently had a first appointment with Jennifer and left feeling a million times better. She took on my problem areas (I have several) with great care and an appropriate amount of force to untwist my knotted muscles.
For me, the pre and post massage discussion is just as critical as the actual work. Jennifer communicated clearly as we put together an action plan for my time on the table. Afterward, she let me know what she ran across during the treatment and outlined next steps to keep my problem areas from giving me trouble.
I've worked with a number of therapists over the years and Jennifer is right at the top of the best I've worked with. I'm off to make another appointment right now. I'm glad I discovered her and she is convenient to my new W Seattle neighborhood. -

Jennifer with a vie massage is nothing short of amazing. I have been loyal to her for over 3 years, after trying 4 other massage therapists. She knows all my problem points and is an expert at relaxing even the tightest muscles. Her sessions are a great balance between relaxation and deep tissue massage, and her professionalism and sweet attitude will make you want to hug her afterward. I have made "massage" part of my monthly budget, even if that means I have to skimp on buying shoes. Her massages are absolutely worth it!
