I have been with Tru-Cut landscaping for about a year and a half now. They do a decent job and Joe, the son, really helps you figure out what you need for your lawn care without hype or pressure. Their rates are competitive.
The only complaint I have is that their billing system can be confusing to older customers like myself. They would "itemize" the bill for each invoice, but not give you a date on the invoice for when it was mailed out. Therefore when I thought it was paid I'd get another invoice with the old invoice date. If you don't keep the invoices in order as they are mailed to you or when you receive them, you might miss paying them on time, which I have done. -

Agree with prior review RE: invoices. Won't use this co. again as years ago (2004? 2005?) we contracted it for snow removal at our home and it didn't show the first snow. I called and spoke with Joe, who said his co. was looking for larger (i.e., commercial) customers. No offer to rectify the problem, either.
Its lawn maintenance of our home, prior to the snow removal contract, was fine, meaning the same job could be done by another vendor easily. In fact, it was.
