    We love A Trinity Event!  I have used them several times for our company events and have liked their professionalism, throughness in planning, and of course they are all just very pleasant people to work with!!!  I highly recommend their services to anyone planning any kind of event from corporate to wedding.

    Yvette Mendell was our wedding coordinator.  She did a phenomenal job, from start to finish.  As the bride, I hardly ever saw her - she was just that good.  She was checking in with all the vendors, working with the staff at the Purple Orchid Inn (where we got married) and also helping guide guests and the wedding party.  She checked in on me and my bridesmaids several times before the ceremony and also came and checked in on my husband and I during the reception to make sure we were happy.  Her organization skills helped make the event a huge success and I can not thank her enough for her hard work!

Established in 1999

To serve the needs of our special event customers, our parent company Trinity Media, Inc. expanded its special event operations division in 2008.   Since then, A Trinity Event has covered a wide range of events including weddings, milestone birthdays, anniversary's, and even formal corporate affairs. Each of our coordinators have received formal Event & Wedding Planning Accreditations and bring a wealth of knowledge and creativity to every event!

Owner and President, Tim Ewell built A Trinity Event and based on his extensive twenty plus years of event management experience working with some of the top Fortune 500 Companies around the world. As a graduate and Bachelor of Arts recipient of Santa Barbara's Brooks Institute of Photography, Art, Science and Business, Tim brings a wide range of talents and skill to every event he encounters. Tim's strive for excellence and positive outlook gives A Trinity Event a fun, yet professional atmosphere.
