This is an overdue review for Jeff!
My dumbass waited till my car battery couldn't take any more abuse. Leaving my radio on overnight killed my 8 year old car battery. I sat there in my car, feeling pretty dumb, and yelped "jump start car" on my iPhone. A+ and a few other towing companies popped up and gave several a call. Jeff's price was the most reasonable and he said he would be at my place within 45 minutes.
He came within 45 minutes and jump started my car! He was very friendly and I would definitely call again if I ever needed a tow or something. Hopefully that doesn't happen though.. :) -

I don't use towing services often since most of my cars are usually young at age. Well, times have changed and it's only recently when one of my vehicles started to show its age. Well, crap then...I need to tow it to Mike Harvey Honda at Burlingame and they recommended A+ Towing.
Calling them up is easy. They got my address and ask for the specifics like what car it is and my contact information. Plus one to their timeliness. They were at my vehicle at the time promised. I met up with Jeff, the owner of the business, and that was usually unexpected since owners of businesses don't come out to meet you. Apparently, Jeff is not only the owner, but the only driver! Good? Maybe. At least he can oversee the transactions himself. I thought it was pretty cool.
Jeff made it easy and less than ten minutes everything was done! Didn't think about it much until later when Mike Harvey called and brought me bad news that the cost is higher than quoted. Nothing to do with A+ until I decided to not fix my vehicle at Mike Harvey.
A+ back in to help me out and Jeff contacted me about the tow to my own mechanic. I asked him what he could do to help with the second tow and he offered to tow my vehicle to the second location for half the price of the first. I thought, "Hey, that will work! Beats paying almost $4,000 for the repair versus $2,500 at my mechanic's." I gave Jeff the 'green light' and he took care of everything for me.
Jeff is the man and I appreciate everything he did! -

A+ Towing Service
If you're car breaks down, you should call Jeff, period.
Jeff will show up, with Matea (boxer, very pretty dog) in the front seat and will proceed to make your day instantly better.
Jeff is very professional, personable and reasonable.
The BS alerts did not go off, this was a guy who just makes it his living to help people out.
Kudos to this guy!

Usually tow companies will send out a flatbed or charge extra to tow the stock MR2 that I drive. Jeff gave me a very reasonable quote over the phone, told me he would be there in an hour and a half, and didn't charge me extra or hesitate to tow my car. A little under an hour after I called him, he was there to pick up my car. Very awesome.

Needed car assistance and read the great reviews on Yelp.
Jeff was very responsive, very friendly and professional, jumped started my car, and handled the insurance claim so it was painless financially as well.
Highly recommend! -

We were out of town for about two weeks and came home to a dead car. We're new to the area so we don't have our go-to list of Rock Stars to refer to. So, I jumped on Yelp and found Jeff. Gave him a call, he came to our house, and in about 30 seconds flat he had the car started. $50 for the jump, and I can submit it to my insurance for reimbursement. Happy customer, here! Jeff himself seems like an honest, hard-working guy - no creep radar blips at all. Takes credit cards.

Called for a possible tow to a service station, he arrived promptly and helped diagnose the problem as a dead battery and gave me a jump start and directions to the nearest auto parts store. Also, he can bill my insurance for roadside assistance directly, so saves me the hastle of having to do the claim myself.

My Mini was acting up so I had already scheduled some maintenance, but unfortunately, the car broke down just a day before I was supposed to take it in. My insurance company reimburses me for towing charges, but I'm not one to waste money, so I called around and found several companies that had decent reviews. I found Jeff's A+ Towing Service to be both the best value and highest reviewed option on the peninsula, so I called him and left a message late on a Sunday night to get more info. He called back immediately and we scheduled a tow for Monday morning. Jeff was really friendly and honest. He quoted me a price that was much less than any of the three other companies I called. If you need a tow, definitely call A+.

Super friendly, super fast. I had a flat and within 15 minutes of receiving my call, Jeff came ready to take me to Big O. His rates were about half compared to some of these other carriers trying to charge for both hook-up and mileage.
Definitely would recommend to friends in the area, you can trust him. -

Jeff is awesome! Charged us about half the price for the tow that others quoted, changed his schedule so he could pick us up right away, and is directly billing our insurance company (with whom he has a relationship) rather than forcing us to get reimbursed.
He's always going to be our first call (though hopefully those calls will be rare)! -

Jeff is a really nice guy, he shows up on time and changed my tire very quickly. He also gave me some good suggestion on tire shop, how to deal with this kinda situation etc.

Often times you can't get a tow truck on Sundays. Jeff from A+ towing did not only accommodate my unique situation; he was extremely helpful. I was parked in a very tough spot. Jeff helped me push and maneuver my SUV to be towed. Throughout the entire process Jeff answered all my questions, gave me his thoughts and experience on a few of the Auto Repair Shops I was considering, and even lead me in the right direction with what was actually wrong with my SUV.
The price of the tow on a Sunday was very reasonable as well. I would recommend Jeff at A+ towing to all of my friends. -

Great service, nice guy. Jeff jump started our car and even pointed out a worn tire that should be replaced. I wasn't even going to call A+ because it was actually listed as not being open. However, after getting a dishonest quote from D&M towing in Burlingame, I decided to give A+ a call. Glad I did.
