Bought a used iPhone 4 here, super helpful staff! That night the home button started to malfunction, after a quick call I brought the phone back and they fixed it for free. These guys are knowledgable, friendly, and stand behind their services. I was very impressed. Way to go guys!!

A to Z in Mission Valley, unlocked my phone, when all else failed. Angel, a staff member, is as nice as they come and was very helpful and professional. I'd give them 5 stars, but with a high cost of $40 I'm giving them 4.
One suggestion would be for them to post their new location address. Took me extra 45 minutes to find their new location next to Outback Steakhouse in Mission Valley. -

I used to live near their shop and went in for advice or to buy equipment when needed.
This week they helped me solve a Blackberry issue. Plus side: gave me the info I needed to do the process required. Negative side: I drove there when I really didn't need to.
So kudos for info, but next time I'll ask if it's something that can be done in a conversation without going into shop. -

This company is awesome, they have the best selection of iPhone cases of anyone, period. No one even comes close. Also, they can repair your phones, are inexpensive, helpful and just plain friendly.

I dropped off my i-phone here to get unlocked so I could use it on T-mobile instead of AT&T. The guys were really non-chalant about it and told me to leave it with them and pick it up tomorrow and it would be ready to go.
I'll spare you the frustrating and terrible details of everything that happened in the week and a half that they had my phone and just tell you the outcome.
-A to Z wireless completely broke my perfect condition 16gb i phone
- they told me they were not responsible for the damages and maybe i should have read the fine print on the contract i signed
-they told me maybe if i took it to apple to get fixed I could still use it as an I-pod or use it to take pictures (thanks a lot)
- to add insult to injury one of the guys actually said "maybe you shouldn't even have a phone this high tech since you obviously don't understand IT terms or software"
I think this company is absolute crap, I have never been so frustrated with a business before and I am a really calm, happy person. Avoid this business at all costs! -

This place sucks. If your phone needs help, go to Tran Wireless instead. I cracked the screen on my Mytouch Slide a couple of months ago, I called this place and they said the could fix it and it should only take a couple of hours. Went to the store to drop off the phone, first thing I noticed, one guy working on a phone and another guy on the phone talking about his weekend plans. I assume he was the manager/owner because he seemed unconcerned with clients being in front of him and he kept having an obviously personal conversation on the phone! The guy working on the phone says he can fix my phone in about 2 hours and it was going to be 95 dollars. No prob, just as long as I get it fixed. Came back 2 hours and guess what? my phone is completely torn apart and the guy tells me its going to be another couple of hours and he would call me by the end of the day. OK. But by the end of the day, I get a phone call around 4ish and they ask if I had problems with the home button on my phone or keyboard? I'm like, " WTF, only the cracked screen needed to be fixed, everything else with my phone works fine!" Then they say, "oh...well it will be done by tomorrow morning..sorry" . I'm really starting to worry now.
Next day I call around 10ish, and guess what? A new employee who wasn't there yesterday tells me my phone is still in pieces and not fixed yet and its going to take a couple of hours to fix. I keep calling after a couple of hours and its TA DAH...still not fixed!! I finally send my bf down there to see wtf is going on. He calls me and tells me no one was working on my phone and they just started working on it when he got there, he waited 1 and 1/2 hours to finally get my phone ..it was fixed and cost 80 dollars..geez !! What a nightmare!!
Ok..so that was 2 months ago... 2 days ago i dropped my phone again!! and cracked the screen. But this time I yelped and found TRAN WIRELESS through fellow yelpers.. they just fixed my phone in 2 hours!! and it only cost 65 dollars, and they were super nice!! and my phone looks alooot better!! SAve time and money..go to TRAN Wireless -

After a fun filled padre game I decided to kick it up a knotch and keep drinking until the point where I spilled a whole vitamen water in my purse and proceeded to let it soak in ther over nite, almost killing my i-phone.
I thought death was imminent ....and it 'twas... til the 3rd day when I became aquainted with A to Z Wireless...and It rose again!
First of all, the guy was super confident on the phone that he could hook it up and fix my phone....and guess what!? He totally did!
Not only do I love the vibes in here, eclectic music tastes (u never know what ur gonna get), but the extremely amiable staff is always smiling.
The boys totally fixed my i-phone for a minimal fee and I left with a good as new phone and some tips on some hot new karoake spots. Cheers boys! -

This place is very easy to find! I was sent to A to Z wireless by T-Mobile from Mission Valley Mall. My boyfriends phone would not connect to the battery or something, went to this location and they said the same thing. They offered him the same phone the Android Mytouch for 100.00 that was in their facility- my boyfriend bargained for a lower price (didn't happened) lol but he did get it for 90.00 plus he was in need of a phone so it was whatever. Their service here was greatly appreciated! Very kind staff & there were a lot of phone cases especially HELLO KITTY for those Sanrio Fans. I'd def. rec. this place for anyone who needs help with their phone & I guess they do IPhone repairs because one guy was working on an Iphone and there were a lot of IPhones displayed in a glass (well broken ones)

My husband and I were sent to A To Z Wireless (via the T-Mobile store) to get his cellphone's screen fixed (he cracked the hell out of it!) and they fixed it so it's like new! They were pretty timely about the repair (maybe took a bit longer than they thought, but I know things get busy sometimes!) and did a fantastic job. The price wasn't bad, either. Plus, they threw in a new screen protector free of charge (because his old one was covered in shattered glass ;) definitely couldn't re-use that!) We'll be back for sure & would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks A To Z!

Never have I been so happy with the service and price of a wireless store. In my life. Period. When I brought my (ridiculously) cracked iPhone to the Apple store, they told me "$200 to replace it. Final." and offered no sympathy. I thought they had great service, but I was wrong. A to Z wireless sure does.
Not only was the staff member friendly, he was fair, and fixed my screen for a really decent price. He even let us watch as he did it!
I'm just usually put off by the service in these kinds of stores, but I can't say enough nice things about this place. I don't even live in San Diego - I was visiting, and my friend's son said "you have to go to this place". Thank god I listened! -

Overpriced! I called in to check how much they charge for the power button on my iPhone 3G and it turned out to be between $80-$90. I found a better place that charges $50 less and my iPhone is working great! If any of you Yelpers need to find a better place contact me! :)

Going to A to Z Wireless gave me one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. I used to like going to this store because they are pretty good at repairing phones. I don't know if they changed management or employees but it feel like a whole different store. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. Not only were they rude and unhelpful, but they couldn't even fix my phone!

This place was great! I have a T-Mobile G2 and of course the hinge was bugging me. I saw on another website that if I change the spring in the hinge, it will tighten it up. I ordered the spring myself and went in to this place. The guy that helped me was Eric, his service was great. He told me he's never changed the spring in the hinge and would give it a shot. Once he got going, it didn't take too long. He got it done and my phone is solid now. These guys were professional but super chill. Highly recommended.

I took my iPhone in today to get the cracked screen replaced. They charged me a lot less than what I would have paid if I went to Apple and I did not have to wait very long to get it fixed. The people here seem like they pretty much know everything about wireless phones. You can sell and buy phones and get phones fixed for a great price.

Wanted to give a HUGE shout out for Duy at A to Z Wireless! Duy was able to retrieve contact information on a phone that was completely damaged that no other cell phone company could do and the price was soooo REASONABLE!!!! Only $25.00. So worth it to have Mark (the owner of Down Under) have all of his contact information. If you ever need any repairs go to A to Z Wireless. They have multiple locations. The one that Duy was at was in Mission Valley at 5658 Mission Center Rd. #304. Their number is 619-692-3223

My iPhone was previously unlocked and I was running into so many problems. I thought I had no choice, but to purchase a new phone..... until I found A to Z Wireless. Within 45 minutes, my phone was back to normal and still unlocked, of course. Instead of paying over $200 for a completely new phone, I spent $40 to get mine fixed. Now, it works perfect! These guys are great!!!

I have to tell you that I am usually pretty skeptical of buying something at the mall.... Having said that I was referred to A to Z by a tmoble rep to get a iphone. The staff at A to Z was very helpful and know what they are doing. I got the exact iphone that i was looking for at a great price. They also added in 2 charger and a cover at no additional charge... I would go to them again.... They have a store in Parkway Plaza Mall in El Cajon 92020 - (next to the carousel)

A to Z Wireless is awesome! These guys have helped me fix a few different phones over the years, and they are always trying to do it in a way that saves money. They rigged an iPhone for me so that it would work on T-Mobile, even after I downloaded the new software and all the online blogs told me the phone would never work again. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I was sent to A-Z Wireless from a T-Mobile store because they no longer had the battery for my phone. A-Z did not have the battery either and they could tell I was a bit frustrated. Eric, one of the associates there, was eager to help me out. First he searched high and low for a used battery so I could at least get my phone functioning again. When he couldn't find one, he started calling his buddies at other A-Z stores. After triple confirming that another A-Z had the battery I needed, he then asked them to give me a $5 discount on the already inexpensive battery. Then he gave me hand-written directions to the next store (no phone = no gps!). By no means did he have to go to so much effort to help me. I was so grateful. And to be honest, he was pretty damn cute. I will most certainly go back to this place for all of my phone needs. They are kind, down to earth, helpful dudes that aren't just trying to get a commission check. Ask for Eric when you go - he's the best.
