Like another reviewer, I too feel ALBERT ZIMMERMAN IS AWESOME!
My friend, Eddy, is a super planner and went on his honeymoon to the islands of Tahiti. So I asked him where he went specifically and who he worked with. I know he's done his homework, so when he said it was with Albert from A to Z Travel Planners, I didn't even blink and eye and contacted AZ.
We found a trip online and asked if he could match it or beat it. Long story short, not only was he able to save us $150 for the EXACT same itin, he was also able to include the honeymoon champagne :). We're really excited to go on our honeymoon to Moorea, Bora Bora and Rangiroa! Hotels at Hilton Moorea Resort & Spa, Hilton Bora Bora Nui Resort & Spa and Maitai Rangiroa.
We never met in person and did everything on the phone and by emails. I know he's a superstar agent when he's emailing back the itin and confirmation at 8 pm at night! To top it off, I couldn't find the spa packages on the Hilton websites or online anywhere for Moorea and Bora Bora. I thought it was odd considering the hotels are titled "Hilton Moorea Resort and SPA." As soon as I told Albert this, he goes "Don't worry. I can get that info for you and forward it your way." Sure enough...he found the packages and pricing for BOTH Hiltons by the next day.
I think this was the quickest (and most expensive only because it's in Bora Bora) transaction I've ever made in a two day span. And I'm usually hard to impress, but Albert just blew away my expectations. Just super happy with the speedy assistance & friendly service. Even when I thought I was asking for a lot, he was super nice about it. Talk about A to Z service! -

Thanks to A to Z , I've had the best travel experiences.
The first time I flew to Europe, I decided I didn't want to do the on line planning thing. I wanted someone with a lot of experience to help me out. Albert at A to Z helped me immensely. I never had any problems whatsoever, it was completely organized.
Albert from A to Z also helped us plan our honeymoon to Jamaica, and we never had any worries. I'm definitely planning to use them again for my next big trip.. possibly to Iceland or Sweden. -

Albert is great. He has helped us with our honeymoon to Hawaii and our vacation to Cancun and each trip has been great. You just tell him your budget and he will find a great place to stay within that budget. He was able to give us a lot of information about the areas we went and knew what we wanted to gain from each trip. It is so hard planning a trip on your own, there is soooooo much information on the internet it's hard to choose where to stay, what to do, where to eat that I get totally overwhelmed but Albert is there to guide you in the right direction.

Albert is awesome, he planned our Europe trip (Netherlands, Ireland and Italy), and our Asia trip (Hong Kong, Cambodia, and Beijing). He will sit down with you to hear what your parameters are, and will make it happen.

Albert is the absolute BEST!!! He helped me plan the most amazing second honeymoon to Mexico that totally fit our budget. He was very patient with us (we had no idea what or where we wanted to go) and he gave us plenty of options to chose from. He made planning this trip a breeze and I can't thank him enough for answering all my questions and helping me book this trip. I will definitely use him again!

This is my first review as a Yelper, and it is going out to Albert and Audrey at A to Z!
I can't stress this enough: ALBERT IS AWESOME. Go to him with all of your travel needs. He will spend time and effort to search for the best fares to find something great for you. Just explain all of your travel plans to him, and he will even search for possible discounts to help you out.
Albert is nothing like all of the other travel agents I spoke with. I've done tons of online/phone/in person research recently with many different agents, and the others aren't willing to spend very much time to really dig around for the lowest fares (and half the time they aren't even willing to meet you in person at their office) . But Albert is completely different!
He spent lots of time with me at his office to figure out the best plan for my travels, and even though I'd done plenty of research on my own before I went to see him, he still found lower fares than I was able to find by myself or through other agents.
Basically, I was super impressed!
Audrey is also very nice -- extremely patient and friendly. She took down my information and spoke with me while Albert was busy with a previous customer, and she really made me feel comfortable like a valued customer.
One of my biggest problems with travel agents is their obvious impatience to get customers over with, but Albert and Audrey are truly professional and never impatient or rude.
Bottom line: GIVE THEM A CALL AND GO SEE THEM. -

Albert is AMAZING! He has booked MANY trips for me. Let's see, Cabo, Hawaii 3 times, and our honeymoon to Bali. I give Bali 5 stars, BTW. I also recommended him to my BFF and he found them a fantastic trip to Mexico for their second honeymoon. He is good at both the amazing, extravagant trips (the Four Seasons in Bali) and my cheapie budget yearly vacays to Hawaii. Either way, he gets me what I need at a good price and he is very well informed and super helpful at figuring out where you should go, what you should do, where to stay, all the details. If you want to work with a fun, intelligent, VERY WELL INFORMED professional who can make all your travel dreams come true, call Albert. I have complete faith in him!
