These guys did a great job. I have a 2011 Nissan Versa. Got the front, back and rear windows done. I emailed then at 6:30 and got a quote by 8:30pm. They even gave me a discount if i scheduled my appt within a week. I thougth their prices were very competitive and i am very happy with the results.
Highly recommended. -

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The hood of my car was badly dented to the point that it needed to go into a body shop to be fixed and re-painted and the owner acted like he did me a favor by having his insurance cover the damage he caused! And to top it off I didn't even get the tinted windows I came in for, but I was offered a "really good deal" if I brought my car back! Knowing what I know now, I would have chosen another company to do business with and I recommend doing the same to anyone and everyone. There are too many other options out there.
UPDATE: In reponse to this company's owner's comments; he has now taken customer disservice to a new low and insults an entire "entitlement generation" of people! Is it really wrong that people expect to be taken care of? The additional level of insurance I requested (not demanded) he reimburse me for was a measly $30. Hardly running up the expenses in my book considering the damage to my car was well over a thousand dollars.
Please read all reviews very carefully especially those that are stating people are given incentives to post good reviews here on Yelp. More and more credence to that claim is apparent. I find it peculiar that the same day the owner posted his rebuttal comments to my review that there are 2 brand new 5 star reviews that appear to be posted from separate accounts but both by the same person. Be aware of who you are doing business with. There seem to be a lot of very similar posts in these reviews. 1 star is too much for this company. I think the owners name is jeff and its who i spoke too. Extremely rude guy and talks down to you as if you know absolutely nothing. He over charges and doesnt even do a great job. Ive gotten my car tinted there two years ago and since then had to have him fix the tint multiple times because he just doesnt do a good job. I got a tint ticket even though i had the lightest tint applied to my two front windows and i go to Him and hes wants to charge me $120 to take the tint off and put it back on afterwards!!!!
Is he crazy?? I paid 190 for all five windows and he just wants to do two for 120. Ridiculous pricing!! He continued to talk down to me in front of other customers and said theres no discount a business is a business blah blah blah.
He said "if you want to go to some guy in santa ana that doesnt speak english to save $10 then go for it."
In the end I left and will not be returning to him.
Hope he knows that I found a great high rated company that is willing to do everything for only $50 for removal and reapply tint and they aren't located in santa ana and they speak english!!!Comment from JJ P. of A Terrific Tint 2/13/2012

My fiance surprised me for my birthday by getting my windows tinted. He had just taken his car here a month prior and his tint looked great! I was really excited except for when I noticed a large gash in my passenger window. I honestly am not sure how it got there but typically I am the only one in my car. Anyhow I called and spoke to Jeff who thanked me for my honesty in not blaming them for the gash. He told me it's normally $20 to remove the tint and $50 to redo the window but he would do it for me for $50. Ehhh not a deal and poor customer service considering within a few months we tinted two vehicles totaling $415. I work in customer service and if this was me I would complete the repair as a courtesy. :(

Lets face it. There are some shady tint shops out there. This definitely is NOT one of them. The shop is brilliantly managed by Jeff. And instantly you can tell this isn't a side operation for him. This is how he earns a living. I showed up at 12p. Then immediately was given the run down of options, pros/cons etc. Jeff is a VERY knowledgeable professional and had first hand stats on every question I had. His presentation was so informative, I can't recall having to ask a question. No high pressure upsells either. By the time I handed him the key, I felt confident I was in good hands.
He recommended several local eateries and other places I could visit while I waited the two hours to install. I returned and found two other patrons in the shop ready for pickup as well. One guy drove all the way there from Brea because the word of mouth on the joint is that good. Jeff decided to wrap all three of us together (paperwork, explanations, etc) in an impressive feat of multi-tasking making jokes and telling stories along the way. This guy knows how to treat a customer. The tint job itself is absolutely stellar. The price of the product and quality of work is outstanding. They even put green tape over the power window levers reminding you the film needs to dry for 3 days. Nice touch.
I try to pay attention to the small things. From the time I spent in the shop, every phone call was answered. Every customer was treated very personably, his staff was lively and organized, and he really likes Chevy muscle cars (this was an unknown bonus for me :)
The bottom line is Jeff has his heart in this business and believes in his product. The place is well-managed and puts out a quality product. I've already referred two others. -

I had gotten a tint job from these guys way back in 1999 on my old Ford F-150 and they did a great job. Well, I just recently got myself a new truck and figured I might as well stick with what I know. I called up and spoke to the owner, Jeff, a very friendly and knowledgeable guy who got me exactly what I wanted.
After providing me with a very reasonable quote, I made an appt. I was convinced I wanted limo tint on my front windows, but Jeff told me why that's a bad idea (he won't even do it) and then showed me how dark a 20% tint job would be. He even took me out to his own personal truck to show me how it would look. He did warn me ahead of time that a 20% job is considered his "monthly plan" since, with it being illegal, many customers end up coming back to get it removed after receiving a ticket. However, I like to live dangerously, so I went with my gut and got the 20%. As expected, the results are perfect.
I'll keep coming back here for every tint job I need and I'll recommend anyone in need go here as well. They've got lots of experience, they work quickly and the price is great. What more could you ask for? -

I gave it four stars because there is no waiting/sitting room and it took around two hours to complete the tint job on my car. it would be nice if they had a sitting area for you to sit down at while waiting for your car to be brought around to the front. The last place I had my tint done on my previous car had a nice sitting area and was quicker (around an hour) which was Tint Plus in Laguna Hills. I mainly went with Terrific Tint for the price and they were $30 cheaper than the previous tint shop.
I do know they carry the same tint brand but I have no idea how you can judge the quality between the sops. Think Tint Plus had different level options with the tint and then the gradients of the tint, but so far so good.
Get a quote online as it will be slightly cheaper, also mention you're a student so you get a 5% discount. Tint Plus offers no discounts to my knowledge so the cheaper quote and discount made the choice easy. -

I got my Honda tinted here, they told me they could perfectly match the front Windows with the rear windows (rear windows came with factory privacy glass) . Once I got my car back I could definitely tell the difference between the front and rear, when I told them about it, they told me that noone can do an exact match. I wish they would have been honest with me before it was too late and they had already taken my money . The rest of the job was decent . My next car I'm taking somewhere else to get tinted

I had my last car's windows tinted here back in 2001 (when I first got it brand new). They did a really good job and made sure there were no air bubbles on any of my windows. When I finally sold it last year, the color was still good and still no air bubble or peeling. The owner is always there and so is his dog and he makes sure you are satisfied with their work before you leave. I would suggest that you drop your car off because there is only like one bench to sit on and they tend to get busy and the shopping center is lacking in terms of food or shopping...
My main complaint was the price. You can get a good job done for less money if you are willing to drive to central OC. That's what I did for my current new car! Even so, I have sent them friends and family as referral and they have all been pleased with their results. -

I bought a new car in 2006 and a friend Suggested I try Terrific Tint. So I took a chance and I have to say I was so happy with the work that Jeff's team did. When it came time to have my better halfs windows done on his Mini Cooper I did not think twice. I went online and got a quote and made and appointment for the next Saturday. We took the mini in at 8 and by 10am was on the road. Though it is true there is no sitting area there are coffee shops, restaurants and even Mission Viejo Mall just around the corner within walking distance to kick back and relax and wait. Now its time to tint my newest car and I have no doubt where I will be taking my Volvo. Terrific Tint here I come...

If you want to get your car tinted in time for the hot summer weather, this is the place to go! Jeff is really helpful and nice. Before going there I was worried about having windows that were too dark & getting ticketed for it. He runs all his customers through the different types of tint, what looks best on your particular vehicle, and what will keep you cool (and ticket free!). I had 35% put on all around on my Honda Fit and it looks very classy!

I LOVE this place. I had my sports car done here about 7 years ago, they did a wonderful job. To this day, the tint is still looking like new...no chipping or bubbling to be found. On top of that, the owner is great, very nice guy.
I moved to Corona a few years ago, and purchased an SUV last yr...front windows had no tints to them. I know its illegal, but I had been itching to tint those windows since I first purchased the SUV. If you have a long commute, the tinted windows are a comfort to have instead of baking in the hot sun and burning. I looked around and found several that were in my community, and got good quotes...although the quotes were only SLIGHTLY more affordable, I still drove my SUV to A Terrific Tint in Mission Viejo. I didn't want to take the chance of being unhappy with the tint job elsewhere, it'd only cost more to have A Terrific Tint remove the botched tint and replace it with theirs. I honestly trust these guys, and I refer all my friends and family to them. I'm glad I had my second automobile done at A Terrific Tint, they found a loyal/referring customer for life. -

I was called a liar by the store owner, Jeff, when I went in to get my tint job fixed due to imperfections. He basically said that his employees do not make mistakes and that any imperfections are my doing because I don't have the patience to wait three days to roll down the windows. Which is in no way correct! My integrity at this shop was questioned and his comments caused me to significantly raise my voice (which he matched) therefore being asked to leave. Jeff is an arrogant and judgmental person with poor customer service skills. I will not be back and you should never go.
