Meet the Business Owner: Angie R.
I was not prepared for college. Although I ranked in the top ten percent of my graduating high school class, I did not have the study habits nor the discipline necessary to succeed in an academic environment. I also did not know what to expect.
I can attest to how confusing and overwhelming it can be to acclimate to campus life. Thinking college was just an extension of high school, I quickly learned the difference when I arrived on campus. I plodded through the registration process and foolishly declared a major for which I was not well suited.
I still regard earning my degree as one of my greatest accomplishments to date. I certainly would have benefited from guidance through this transition. Given my personal and professional experience, I am confident that I can be your guide.
