We found a property on Craiglist and set up an appointment, the initial viewing was good and all interaction with A+ after that has been wonderful. They have been extremely quick to fix any and all problems and have made fixing the small problems of moving in very easy. Kim has been excellent in helping us and we are looking forward to this experience and hope the service remains excellent!

I found a property on Craigslist that seemed like the perfect fit for myself and my family. I googled A plus property management to see if they had a web site. What I found were a bunch of negative reviews. After my experience with Barbara and A plus property management I feel that it is important to share my experience. Through out the whole process I felt the owner was very truthful, no BS. She never kept anything from us. She is a very logical person, which I found very refreshing. I can see how very emotional perspectives could take her logic as rude, but rude is just someone taking something personal. Overall I feel good about the experience, even though we didn't get the house we wanted. Thank you A plus for a refreshing and truthful experience.

I am currently looking for a new place to rent with my boyfriend and boy, I wonder how these places stay in business! We have dealt with some really uncommunicative, condescending people. It's very frustrating, I'm just trying to find some where to live!
Not only are 80% of rentals in Santa Cruz complete crap and overpriced, the people who are renting them out to you are very rude and unaccommodating.
We called A plus to inquire about a few properties that they are offering. The lady was very rude to my boyfriend on the phone, talking to him as if he was an idiot who has never rented a house before. Just because we're only 23 doesn't mean we don't know what renting a house is about (we've been renters with great references for the past 4 years). She also was unbelievably unaccomodating for scheduling a time to see the houses. She just kept repeating that she only did showings in the afternoon.....oh so you mean when we're at work and class?? What kind of a business doesn't do showings in the morning?? On top of that, another lady (not at A plus) even accused us of wanting to grow marijuana!! Really?! Not everyone in Santa Cruz smokes pot!!
It's just ridiculous how difficult it is to find a decent place and a decent landlord/manager. I'm really sick of the age discrimination. I would suggest not dealing with A-plus if you can. -

more like F- the owner Barbra is condescending and unaccommodating. She has wasted hours of my time and was very unfriendly as well. It is as if she dose not want my business and dose not know how to interact with people. I would avoid this company at all cost. :(
